Lorenzo, a leasing agent here, is AND an excellent ambassador. I do believe he played a huge role in our decision to look no further. Recently,despite the rain, the annual "Tenant Appreciation Luau" was held. Food and music and games... I'm told another event will be held in July. Construction of a new community room and office space is to begin soon as well. While the small town friendly feel of Woodbridge is comforting, it may not and does not appeal to all. I was planing on moving in on June 1st, but due to a tragic house fire, that date got moved up to May 17th. I have never been to Clovis nor did I know anyone here. Cheyanne and Levi made my move in so smooth. I drove up here with a Uhaul trailer hitched to my truck, I have no experience on how to back one up. Cheyanne took it upon herself to park the trailer for me to unload, then she parked it over night for me and the next day she moved it again so I could go return the trailer. Levi helped me move all my stuff in and he also got me the most amazing chocolate shake! I've been here 5 days now and I have met so many of my neighbors. Everyone seems really nice and friendly. I absolutely love my loft and this whole area is safe. I am very grateful to Cheyanne for all her hard work in making me feel welcomed. I highly recommend Woodbridge Apartments.

If you live there for any substantial…read moreamount of time, make sure to consider the forms that the company has you sign regarding the granite. They ask you to sign a form that essentially puts you on the hook for anywhere between 3000 to 8000 up to $10,000 for the granite that is within your apartment. They try to make you feel like it is easy to maintain but the thing is that they use cheap granite which very easily stains over the years from minor water alone. Basically, you end up paying for poor quality granite that is bought in cheaper bulk by the leasing company contractors but then you end up having the granite staining over many years from normal wear and tear and get charged for very expensive granite. There have been a few people that tried to take the apartment complex to claims court when they were sent exorbitant charges upon move out but unfortunately, these tenants lost these cases . Although it is somewhat helpful to have pictures of the granite prior to leaving the apartment and upon initial inspection, it is inevitable in many cases that be able to maintain the granite long enough for you to not have even minor damage to the granite. To make matters worse the company will tell you that the bathroom and the kitchen as a set so even though you might have minor damage in one area you'll be required to replace the whole thing in both rooms which can cost many thousands of dollars please be careful and please do not sign those forms regarding the granites or consider getting a different apartment. Please stay away from this predatory leasing company.

It sounds basic, but it made a huge difference. What really stood out to me was how approachable they are. I've asked about lease stuff, tenant situations, random landlord questions, even things I probably should already know. I never felt rushed, brushed off, or made to feel dumb for asking. There were also times I reached out about things that weren't urgent at all or weren't technically their issue yet. They still helped me think it through and gave honest input. My priors manager's communication was terrible and to make things worse they were also unapologetic and unprofessional. I think the latter may have actually pissed me off more. After my frustrating experience, I spent a lot of time researching for a better property manager. After interviewing Kendra, I decided to switch to Chambers, and the difference has been unimaginable. Kendra and her team have been nothing short of amazing. They are incredibly professional, responsive, and genuinely make me feel valued as a client. Kendra's communication is excellent, she's quick to respond and always keeps me informed. The level of service she provides has given me peace of mind, something I desperately needed. I also appreciate having Chambers PM, specifically Kendra, to serve as a resource. My other properties are in Oakland and Walnut Creek, which is currently out of their service area, so I self-manage those rentals. And any time I have question about landlording or just need a second set of eyes on a tenant application, Kendra is willing to offer her expert advice, even though those properties aren't being managed by Chambers (yet! when/if they come to the Bay, those properties will be managed by Chambers.) My tenants are also much happier now. Kendra doesn't waste any time finding reliable tenants to fill vacancies whenever I may have one and her attention to detail has made property ownership stress-free. I feel very comfortable reaching out to her whenever any issues arise because I know she'll handle them promptly and effectively. During that time, I was able to participate in monthly events such as wine tasting, raffle baskets, and pizza nights. They do whatever that can to accommodate to their tenants and employees. I NEVER had any issues at my apartment complex, and I always felt safe. The location of this apartment complex is amazing! It's next to so many gyms, grocery stores, and shopping outlets. I also enjoy the fact that it's right off of the 168 because my commute to Fresno State was only 8 minutes! I was incredibly impressed with the timeliness of Granite Ridge's manager and maintenance team. We submitted a request during winter when our hot water decided to stop working out of nowhere. Luckily, their team was able to address and fix the issue on the same day. So, we didn't have to take any cold showers. We were also having issues with our fridge with a recurring problem of over-freezing. Eventually, we received a brand new fridge, straight out of the package! I would have loved to stay, but it was time to move onto a house. Thank you Granite Ridge for making our transition to the Fresno area a pleasant one!

Waking up to use the restroom in the middle of the night to see big bugs on your floor or in your cabinets is not comfortable. No matter what I do, these bugs are showing up everyday. You also have to pay for pest control now. If you don't care about bugs you'll be fine. The appliances in the kitchen are old for these being luxury apartments. The gym is old and lacks equipment. Maintenance is very fast and office always answers calls. For the people saying the office people are never here, it's because they are at the sister property across the street but you can always go there or call.
