I haven't fully embraced online shopping when it comes to clothes. I prefer to physically go into the store to check the quality and feel the fit. Upon entering, the atmosphere inside the store just felt dreary. I browsed through every section and didn't see anything that caught my eye, despite the various sales on selected items. There were a couple of employees checking out the few shoppers in the store. I noticed a man wearing jeans shorts with the store tag still attached and chose to give him the benefit of the doubt that he wasn't shoplifting. I didn't stay to witness the outcome when I walked out of the store. I do plan to return within a couple of months to check out the fall styles.

I requested a credit they said no we cannot give you a credit cause you don't have the receipt. This is terrible service for customers. Credit will be minimum my sunglasses have no scratches at all very well taken care of. This is not aware in tear. This is a manufacturer issue. The least they could've done is give me a credit towards new glasses never purchasing sunglasses again and I will be returning my other ones.
