Stopped in to have a pair of men's pants taken in at the waist. I asked "what is the timeline for…read moreyour service?". To which she asked when did I need them. I needed them in 4 days, by noon. She said that would be extra. That is not Express! She looked at the pants while they were still in my hands and said she could only take them in at the back and not very much. When I asked why she couldn't take more from the sides, she told me "no, it would cost too much, maybe $65." She just decided that I could not afford $65. The majority of this conversation took place with her back to my family, looking over her shoulder. She also told me they don't do pressing. She clearly did not want our business. I have never felt more unwelcome. The clerk was rude and unprofessional and could smell her breath across the counter. The entire place smelled like whatever she was eating. Went 2 miles down the road and walked into a neighborhood dry cleaner and received a warm welcome, excellent service at a reasonable price.
