Had my first appt today. Best dentist I have ever used! Office is modern, equipment is state-of-the-art. Staff is helpful, efficient, patient and skilled. Teeth cleaning was totally painless. Everything was explained ahead of time. Dr. Sverdlov is very knowledgeable and up-to-date with modern dentistry. She walked through an entire plan which covered all my needs and my "wants". I am so happy I found her, and I'm looking forward to continuing with her to get the smile I always wanted. read more

It was a wonderful experience. Seriously! I have never in my life met such a devoted to medicine dentist like Dr. Sverdlov. She is terrific, knowledgeable and a fantastically trained dentist - I can make that statement since I am in the medical field too. Dr. Sverdlov was so gentle to me, so caring, every single question was addressed right away, no pushing at all. Regarding her skills, I am just speechless and the performance and masterpiece of her hands are the blessed talent indeed. I am so happy I found her just by accident. I have been going to this practice since Dr. Sverdlov first took over. She is a highly skilled dentist and has a wonderful bedside manner (chair side manner?). In addition to routine exams, I have gone to her for fillings, a root canal, crowns...she's handled everything. Couldn't be happier! I just want to see new artwork on the walls. :-) read more

Absolutely the best Dentistry practice I have ever used in my 57 years of life! Dr Sverdlov is gentle, patient, thorough, and most importantly, a master of dentistry. I have had a rather unfortunate history with dentists that resulted in a general anxiety about the trade. No longer! I have had exams, cleanings, a chip filled, and most recently fitted with a night guard. Dr Sverdlov has proven herself a consummate professional and a really decent human being. Let's not forget Rita! No Dental Hygienist has been gentler and yet so thorough with cleanings. She is a gift and the only person to not cause me pain. Rita is the best! Come to think of it, everyone at Ridge is so nice and reassuring! My teeth and gums have never been better thanks to them. read more

Amazing dental practice. Originally my appt was for a later date but they called me and gave me a sooner date as soon as it became available. Ms Sverdlov explained everything very clearly. Answered all my questions. I came in for a chipped front tooth and now it looks as if it was never chipped. Also everything was pain free which is rare when seeing a dentist. read more

Love Ridge Family Dental and Dr. Sverdlov. Friendly atmosphere and the best dental care available. I have crowns that kept coming out from my previous dentist and always at the worst time such as while on vacation, one time at a big town BBQ. Got my cleaning today and told the hygienist to be careful on the front teeth and realized she probably didn't have to be too careful. Probably been 8 years and they still look great and most importantly stay in my head. Wouldn't go anywhere else. read more

Avoid this ripoff place. I called their office and visited them to examine the pain in one of my molars that occurs when I drink the cold liquid. On the day of the visit, I clearly communicated the reason for my visit but the hygienist "misunderstood" and performed totally irrelevant, painful bitewing x-rays all over my teeth that I didn't ask for. (They probably don't have a convenient panorama x-ray) They wanted to proceed to dental cleaning without my consent or any explanations. I stopped them, because that is not what I had asked for. Well, their dishonest motive is clear because they billed $262.00 to my insurance. What they did to me is like a patient with a broken right arm seeing an orthopedic (bone doctor) and the nurse/doctor doing totally irrelevant comprehensive x-rays all of your body and proceeding to draconian body cleaning you didn't ask for. I totally wasted my precious time and money without getting any substantive treatment to address the issue. Instead of just identifying the problem and beginning the treatment, it seems that dental cleaning, comprehensive bitewing x-rays on irrelevant areas, flouride, and a cursory check are mandatory. Now I have to make another appointment with a legit dentist who will actually begin the treatment. Listen to your patient, identify the problem, and do what is ask for.. read more

All the services in this office are excellent! Spotless office. Very nice customer service! Victoria always follow every customer before leaves. My cleaning service was excellent! She was working very professional and after a year of cleaning my teeth with them you can easy see the difference. I brought all my family and friends since they are really detailed . I know most people don't like going to the dentist but I never mind going to see Dr. Sverdlov and her staff. Her office is a very clean, safe environment and all her equipment is modern and up to date. Dr. Sverdlov is very friendly and explains everything so well. She is extremely knowledgeable in her field. And--this is important--I am always pain free and comfortable during any procedure with Dr. Sverdlov. And I've had many! I'm very grateful to have found her after having some unpleasant experiences with pther dentists. read more

I don't see how there are only three reviews for this dentist. I think Dr. Sverdlov is the best around and I will list my reasons starting with the most important: 1) Dr. Sverdlov is beyond competent. She had great suggestions to keep my teeth in good shape and used the best technology around to get a real sense of the state of my mouth. 2) Great staff: Everyone is pleasant and also super competent at their jobs. 3) Facilities have been renovated and the office has a lounge feel to it. Perhaps a good place for someone who doesn't like dentists much. Please give this practice a try. read more

She is remarkably gentle and well informed.My husband and I were thrilled that she took us promptly and offered us specific advice about impoving the health of our teeth at home. Dr. Sverdlov has been my dentist now for over 5 years. The office uses state of the art diagnostics and provide thorough examination. The staff are friendly, considerate and provide a comfortable environment for their patients. My wife is also a patient and recently needed a crown. The outcome was a pleasant experience and the crown was perfect. I went back to Dr Sverdlov and this time I took my 2 boys to get their first check ups. My 3 year was brave and was totally entertained by the cartoons on the TV in the room. My 5 year old was very nervous and Dr Sverdlov was able to chat with him about superheros and really put him at ease. She was able to complete the check up and do a fluoride treatment. I was really nervous because my eldest has the same gag reflex problem that I suffer from, but Dr Sverdlov did a great job and completed the check up without any gagging from my son. I was relieved! Both boys were also very happy to pick a prize from the "treasure chest" when they were all done. Overall, they had a really positive first experience at the dentist. I think it will help them in the future to know that going to the dentist is a good thing. read more
