The appointment calendar is ridiculous and they claim they never have anything available later in the month or next month. You'll have to schedule something 2 or 3 months later. They ask people to come early to fill out documents. I don't understand why they can't email or mail the paperwork. This saves so much time. Also, there's also an hour to two hours wait before you get to see the doctor. If I'm told I can't schedule to see the dentist within 2 to 3 months because the office doesn't want to overbook patients, then on my appointment day, I don't expect the whole non sense of waiting 1 to 2 hours before getting served.

The transition was great because only i knew I was having removal and new dentures. None of my friends were aware. On first day of new dentures I ate a hamburger at Wendy's up the street about a mile near Joralemon. This dentist and his staff are just great. I have had my dentures a litle over four years ago and just went back once for a relining about six months after I got the dentures. I went back again yesterday as a walk-in. I broke my lower denture and they put it back together in less than four minutes. i enjoy talking to their patients in the waiting room also. I never had a bad moment here. i make sure i take pain killer from them if I am to have surgery or heavy duty work. It works.

The filling came out again and this is where I had to look for a different dentist and found Dr. Feder! First off, staff was great! Friendly and welcoming and made me feel at home. Andrea was very attentive to me preparing me with Xrays and getting me ready for the Dr. Feder. Dr. Feder was attentive, engaging and very informative. He took care of not one bad filling but two on two different teeth. He explained every step as he was working on my teeth and gave me enough breaks were I wasn't uncomfortable. I couldn't be happier with Dr. Feder and his staff. Night and Day from my previous dental experiences and I can honestly say I found my new dentist. Highly recommend.
