And the office is at suite 2500. If you need help there are people always walking around and they will point you in the right direction. When you first walk in there is a glass window where you sign in. The front desk employees are always friendly and great you with a big smile. The wait time varies but it usually does not take too long.I've also seen a few doctors at this location. I've seen Dr. Elisa Mandel, Brittany Sands CRNP, Randi Banner CRNP. My personal favorite is Dr. Randi Banner- she is just a genuine, warm, and personable person. I feel comfortable talking to her and she is a good listener. I never felt rushed and she really takes the time to make sure she goes over everything and doesn't skip anything. She also ask how my life is going and if I have any questions about eating healthier, exercises, etc. She also has seen my older brother and when she sees me she always asks about him.Overall all the doctors I have had are great. I arrived at 9:10 I was told walk in's were done and they said that I needed to register on line My daughter said everything was updated but this receptionist said no. I was also told they don't consider a fever unless it's at 101.3. That is not her choice to make. We are now at 9:20 I paid the co pay and was told to move so they could now register regular patients. Now I have to wait.
