Very clean. The nurse is very knowledgeable. Service is fast. The first time I used the red light I felt it was working.

I assisted a friend who was undergoing wound care. His appointment was for 2pm May 10. He signed in…read moreat the window, and the receptionist acted quite poorly; pulling back the glass divider and stating, "OK, now what do you want?" I don't believe that would be a proper welcome. However, a minute later, an attendant came out for my friend, and they both went in. Subsequently, two women came into the office; the older one the patient and the other was her caretaker. The caretaker went up to the window and the receptionist had her surly attitude. The receptionist then told the caretaker that she had come "late" and there was no one to take her charge. She then stated that the caretaker didn't bring the proper paperwork. The caretaker was highly offended, but politely asked to see a manager or head nurse. A nurse came out 15 minutes later. In the meantime I watched the receptionist who had slammed the window shut. The nurse explained that they were "behind" in schedule, and that the doctor had taken his last patient and there'd be no time today- and to make another appointment. Despite apologizing over and over; she did NOT rectify the situation that the patient was only at most 10 minutes late. I happened to witness all the situation, and outside, as the caretaker was helping her charge, I mentioned that I would not only write this on Yelp, but call the office of Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic, St. Mary Medical Center, urging that the receptionist either be severely reprimanded and/or fired immediately! EVERY person, patient or other DESERVES to be treated with dignity and utmost RESPECT! This was sorely missing with this receptionist. Ironically, the same treatment was given to my friend and I about 3 weeks earlier in St. Mary ER. After waiting over 90 minutes as the reception area was filling up, not even ONE receptionist or the guard bothered to get off their seats to find and give a reason for such a delay. Do yourself a favor- unless you're visiting the abortion clinic of this Catholic hospital--AVOID IT AT ALL COSTS!!!
