The provider there, Valerie, nurse practitioner, Is very unprofessional and demeaning. My mother has come out of there several times in tears.. Valerie is rough, demeaning, and put blame on the patient. She has said to my mother "this happened because your vagina wasn't doing what it was supposed to do", "if you had come a week earlier, this problem wouldn't have happened". This is one of many complaints my mother was had over the years, and I finally talked her into going to another provider, Dr. Deeney at Holy Redeemer Hospital. She has never been happier, and I'm so happy she left the instituted female pelvic medicine. I would never recommend this facility to anyone.

This location is nice and parking is not bad. There is a fitness center when you walk in to the…read moreright. To find this doctor office you either take the stairs or use the elevator. And the office is at suite 2500. If you need help there are people always walking around and they will point you in the right direction. When you first walk in there is a glass window where you sign in. The front desk employees are always friendly and great you with a big smile. The wait time varies but it usually does not take too long.I've also seen a few doctors at this location. I've seen Dr. Elisa Mandel, Brittany Sands CRNP, Randi Banner CRNP. My personal favorite is Dr. Randi Banner- she is just a genuine, warm, and personable person. I feel comfortable talking to her and she is a good listener. I never felt rushed and she really takes the time to make sure she goes over everything and doesn't skip anything. She also ask how my life is going and if I have any questions about eating healthier, exercises, etc. She also has seen my older brother and when she sees me she always asks about him.Overall all the doctors I have had are great. I just have a favorite doctor and that's a good thing.
