There have been at least 2 times that I have been slightly late. However, I was still seen and directed to be prompt in the future. So I've never had the same issue as the other guy. Dr.mazlin has been nothing but nurturing thought the entire process. From first consultation, to injections and follow up to see how I was after the injection. Sample of meds that might help and most of all with the insurance BS, that's comes up when I've had to change providers. Victoria in billing is skilled at dealing with my many and changing. Payeers: workman's Comp, out of pocket and the new referral system of my primary. I know when your in pain it's easy to get upset. But the services of dr mazlin have been the only thing short of opioids that make the pain tolerable. Matter of fact on my first visit we went over all the meds I was taking for my Other related medical condition and he recommended I change, reduce and stop some meds which work greatly to reduce the length of my migraine. Yet this moron didn't refer me to a urologist till it was almost 5. When I first seen him in 2017 I didn't have a PSA. If he was a good doctor he would have recognized a problem sooner before metastasis. He's a horrible doctor and I hope he meets the same fate as me. After a month of sessions that I had to lead, I inquired about my treatment plan. Was met with a blank look and the suggestion that I "draw my feelings" and "tear them up if they were too painful." In our last session, I relayed the details of a disturbing dream. She threatened to contact local law enforcement because I was "a threat to myself." Followed by an email stating that she "would remain in the video session" to support me. Less than 30 seconds later, her bill hit my credit card. Then there is Dr. Teresa Mathew. Without benefit of any type of assessment or evaluation, started writing prescriptions. Her answer to problematic side effects was to double the dosage. She spent, at most, 12 minutes of the allotted hour with me. But charges for the whole hour. Then there was the neurologist. When it came time for our appointment, we talked about whether or not insurance would cover it. After doing the research myself, it was determined that they do. I have yet to hear back from her. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE
