The park has many permanent residents, spots for long-term stays like ours, and several pull-thrus for overnighters. Not easy to get a reservation but well worth it if you can. Price is very reasonable. The park is kept very clean, laundry facilities are wonderful and not too expensive ($1.25 per load washer and dryer), and there is a sweet little stream running through the park sided by a large grassy area that was wonderful for our dog to run and play. No one objected to him being off leash there, but he comes when he's called, so I'm not sure how people would react to a dog that isn't under control. There were some ducks in the stream and a little bridge that crosses it. We felt very safe here and had quiet neighbors. There was noise from Trosper Road, but not more than the usual two-lane road, and certainly better than freeway noise would be in some of the other parks. Fred Meyer, UPS/fax store, Albertson's, Wal-Mart, and Costco nearby, also gas and coffee shops and other smaller stores. We would love to have found a house in this area. Would definitely recommend this place for short- or long-term stays.

It's a clean RV park with 2 significant points that I'm removing 1 star for each. 1. It's not a…read morequiet place. Near a highway and a quarry that both are very loud. I tried taking my dogs to the designated pet area and there are so many trucks and other vehicles there that the doggos were too afraid to do anything but flee the area. 2. They are extremely OCD on the rules. Everywhere you look there are rules to follow. There's wanting to keep things nice and there's a way to be way too lax... there needs to be a nice balance... this isn't it. You do know that we are on vacation here, right!? I didn't feel comfortable with just enjoying ourselves while staying here. Everywhere you look, a rule... literally... can't even take a crap without staring at a rule while taking 5 minutes to yourself. I was scolded for breaking a rule that I didn't even know existed. I won't return here... I want to enjoy my vacation... I did, but it's because we left during the day and only stayed here to sleep and cook dinner.

They are unable to provide leases to their residents, and the office hours are just an approximation. Most emails are answered within 2-3 weeks. Over the years the improvements made by the park have really shown every holiday the office and entrance has cute little decorations and candy dishes for the children, and every spring and summer the flowers and lawn look beautifully maintained. The manager is great to work with and is very knowledgeable in the new landlord tenant laws as well as the the manufacturer housing laws! We've lived in two different trailers and just recently PCS'd and they offered help with every step which was greatly appreciated as it was all new to us and very stressful to go at alone. With Monica's help both processes went very smooth and we had a better understanding of what we were doing. My family was definitely sad to leave as it was a beautiful family friendly atmosphere and all the neighbors look out for one another and are for the most part all kind people. The half dozen neighbors I have met and talked with so far are positive, very giving and friendly seniors.. If you enjoy quiet, peaceful senior living in a senior community, get on the waiting list for this one.. yes, there is a waiting list. There will always be a minority of maybe 5 percent in any community (even the very expensive gated communities) that are never happy and are very negative about just anything/everyone generally and moves on/out, because they are so unhappy, as is the case with the one negative review. The best strategy is to be kind, friendly and giving no matter what this small minority does, because that drives them up the wall. In other words, treat others as you want to be treated.

They said it goes up every yr by $100. Plus it's a very strict policy in Screening. I'm looking to buy a Mfg Home since it's too expensive to buy house or even a Converted Apt Condo that has limited space. So I thought I could afford a Mfg Home at a Sr. Mfg Home Park. I saw a couple of homes here and found other more expensive homes that recently popped up. I looked at Pantera Lago in Kent too.

What a wonderful, fun, optimistic place this is becoming in the past few months, it's like we all woke out of a bad dream-for years the way it was being managed before. It's so pleasant to walk in to our community center now and feel like we belong, we are welcomed and encouraged to have fun things going on each week.
