The service was extremely poor -- they charged significantly more than other providers in the area, failed to fix the issue, and actually left the equipment in worse condition than before. It was clear that the technician did not know what he was doing. Even worse, he was highly unprofessional and used offensive language over the phone. Our Google Nest was not getting enough power because we had no "C wire" connected. John gave us two options to solve this problem. One was a simple fix and the other involved running a new wire from our furnace to the thermostat very expensive! The other involved using the G wire as the C wire a simple fix! He also fixed the wall mount that was very loose and ill fitting!

They were great with pointing out the calcium build up problem and gave us reasonable solutions. We decided to replace the entire Water Heater Tank, and never had another issue. When we moved we had a similar problem, if we ran the hot water for longer than a few minutes it turned a brownish colour. Affordable Comfort were so great we got them to replace our hot water tank with a tankless and they also helped us get the best water softener possible. No matter the time of day, they stayed until the job was completed. We have already decided that we are going to call Affordable Comfort to do regular maintenance on our furnace this winter.

Tony was very punctual upon arrival. He took a look a my dryer and literally had the dryer apart in minutes. I was amazed at how quick he was taking it apart. He checked all the major components and explained to me what the problem was and how I can avoid the issue in the future. The best part about this experience is he had all the parts on his truck and had it repaired within an hour. I was really impressed with their invoicing system, it came directly to my phone, which I feel is way better than those paper invoices.
