Grace gave it to me without being drycleaned, and the waist was not taken in. She states that It was taken in and that my daughter has list weight, which is incorrect. Since she just tried the dress on 4 weeks ago when it was supposed to have been ready and when she tried it on, the waist was not taken in nor were the sleeves. Grace stated to give her another week so she can finish the dress..."I didn't realize you were in a hurry" dress there since August. Asked for it by October for her pictures. But I was in a hurry. Not to bore... I went to pick it up again, and it was still not done. Grace stated I need to put the clasp on the back and DrYClean it. Come back on Friday. I go on Friday and yes the dress was still not done. She didn't have the clasp. I went to JoAnn's, took them to her, and stated that I needed the dress TODAY, pictures are on Monday. I picked up the dress my daughter didn't try it on cause she was in uniform & clears, she had a game. Tried it on after she got home and showered. And yes!!! The dress was not taken in. Nor drycleaned. Called my hairdresser who knows a seamstress. She told me to go by on Saturday. I did. She pinned the dress to size and told me to come pick it up tomorrow. She redid the bow, which, for some unknown reason, was all unsewn. Took in the dress & ironed it only charged me $20, but I gave her $40. And confirmed that the dress was never taken in. Went back the following week once I was cooled down and the dress was perfect. Questioned Grace, who stated she did take in the dress just not at the waist cause it was too hard. And yes, SHE states she drycleaned the dress, but it got all wrinkled cause she had to sew it yet It was there for 3 1/2 months and $130 later and she didn't have enough time to get it right. Offered no apology or refund. Only lovely Cuban curse words towards the lady who fixed the dress and myself. Please don't go there at all. The finished dress!!!
