Do not sign a contract with Viking Capital. They don't fully vet their contractors. We signed with them and one of Viking's "Preferred Contractors" and the contractor stole 35k from us and never did any work. Viking has done nothing about this even after we contacted them hundreds of time. We now have a law firm pursuing legal action against them. They are dodging my attorney and refuse to take any responsibility The contractor that stole the 35k from us is jailed and is awaiting indictment. read more
