All I have to say is WOW! I am in awe of how smooth the process with Viking Capital was. From the initial conversation with David to the actual application process, everything was just pleasant. David and Amy were responsive, polite, and provided top notch customer service the entire time - which, actually wasn't very long at all. We literally submitted our application on Friday and were approved and funded on Monday!!! We can't say enough about how good of an experience this was. We've had the unfortunate experience of working with another pool loan company (very big in the business) in the past and Viking Capital has their process perfected. Thank you so much! read more

Highly recommend Viking Capital. I completed the EASY online application for my pool loan. The very next day, I had an email response from Ed DeMonte, who was ready to discuss my options. We spoke, he was informative and efficient, there was ZERO pressure to commit. Ed was available via email, phone or text and was quick to respond to my questions. After I submitted my documents and signed the agreement, my loan was approved within 24 hrs. Started this process on a Sunday night and by Friday my loan was approved. This experience was so easy and fast, I would recommend to anyone looking for an affordable loan option. read more

I am completely amazed at how fast and quite simple the process was from start to finish. Ryan contacted us less than 24 hours from my initial application. He went over some important items we needed to iron out in order for us to move forward with the loan. Ryan was easy to get a hold of and was very responsive to our questions. Once our loan moved along both Amy and Ryan were so quick, clear, and made the process so smooth. I had a great experience working with Viking Financial, especially with my representative, Alan Breeker who assisted me throughout the entire pool loan process. Hats off to Allen--his communication skills are truly exceptional. Even though we encountered a few financing hurdles along the way, he stayed committed, kept me informed, and ultimately got the loan completed. I truly appreciate his professionalism and dedication. I would highly recommend Allen and would definitely work with him again in the future! read more

Do not sign a contract with Viking Capital. They don't fully vet their contractors. We signed with them and one of Viking's "Preferred Contractors" and the contractor stole 35k from us and never did any work. Viking has done nothing about this even after we contacted them hundreds of time. We now have a law firm pursuing legal action against them. They are dodging my attorney and refuse to take any responsibility The contractor that stole the 35k from us is jailed and is awaiting indictment. read more
