Absolutely unprofessional. Never responds to emails or phone calls (after calling and emailing him for over a year). Was finally able to talk to him once which too was a total disappointment since he was quite rude and unprofessional. Irresponsibility and recklessness is obvious like other reviews have mentioned.. read more

"A business, like a leader, is judged not by its promises--but by how it treats those who trust it." Despite being a CPA, Vikas demonstrates a startling disregard for the most basic tenets of client service: transparency, accountability, and communication. What began as a professional relationship soon devolved into a trap. Charges were issued without explanation. Emails were met with silence. Most alarmingly, my taxes were not filed at all this year--resulting in penalties I now bear alone. They may seem competent on the surface. But dig deeper, and you'll find negligence masked as professionalism. Stay far, far away. read more

I did not have a good experience with this CPA. They were friendly enough however they did not follow-up on a emails, telephone calls and promises made. I'd recommend looking elsewhere. read more

Very unpleasant and unprofessional experience with Zero people skills. As new customer if you are willing to give them business, i would recommend to look else where. It took several appointments. Emails , re-schedule phone calls and appointments to get a call from them., and all the time i had to follow up, they never called back on schedule time. Finally day i spoke to Mr Vikas he seemed not interested in conversation and with in 90 second of phone conversation, MR Vikas said, I don't have time to listen right now, we are big company with 10 employee, 5000k client, so please call or come when we are free. i understand its busy season and was willing to work with their schedule, but seems they not interested in my small case. So unless you have big case , they not interested in your small business or individual case. read more

Vikas and his team are amazing. They are professional, courteous and attentive. Vikas ensures you understand every detail before you leave his office and his staff are very professional. Highly unprofessional! They never filed for Social security tax return and always had excuses that IRS is not picking up the call. Despite of waiting 7 months by trusting Vikas Garg & his team- I never received any social security tax return. At the end of November, he even said that just file by yourself and send all the forms to IRS by courier-even after paying him, his full fees! read more

Sarmad messed up the Business' taxes one year so badly we are still getting letters from the IRS, and to date we've had to pay a lot of money to the IRS. Just a week ago my husband mailed the IRS a check because he didn't file the taxes correctly. We've moved to a different CPA. I DO NOT recommend him at all. He is rude, arrogant and he does NOT want to be questioned even when you have every right to. He doesn't do well when held accountable. He is just very unreliable!

I…read morehave been very very busy and too tired end drained to really deep clean my apartment and knew that having a cleaning service come in could turn my whole mood and outlook around. I inquired with various cleaning services via yelp and The Maids were proactive in responding to me, emailing me, calling me and giving me a quote right away. The women I spoke with on the phone talked to me for an extended period of time walking me through every detail, answering my questions, and providing me with their best deals etc. She told me that if I booked 2 services with them, the initial cleaning would basically be half the price. I was already considering monthly cleanings with them if al went well, so this was a no brainer for me. She let me know that they will continue to come monthly unless I call and request for them to stop. She took a credit card to file and let me know there would be a $50 deposit that went toward my first cleaning. I was quoted between $115-$150 max and my service for the first cleaning ended up costing $155 The Maids were available to start right away, and I scheduled for the following week. They call or text the day before your cleaning to give you a time frame (mine was between 11:15-1:15) and then I received a text the day of noting that they would be there in about 30 minutes (They showed up at 11:30 on schedule). The cleaning took 1.5 hours. 4 women came. 1 to do the bathroom, 1 kitchen, 1 vacuuming and 1 dusting. I was elated at everything they did. Carpets, hardwood, ceiling corners and vents, underneath my couch cushions and couch, shower, toilet, mirrors, sinks, stovetop and microwave, counters, every surface and frame, trash, literally everything you can think of. My mood the rest of the day was seriously happier than I have ever been in a while. The ladies who came to my home as well as who I dealt with over the phone were friendly, professional, prompt and thorough. I have been raving about them already to my friends and family and they are all now considering using the service. I am excited for my next cleaning in 4 weeks and hope that the service continues to be as excellent as my first experience. Also - They all wear masks, gloves, and shoe coverings!

Your employees should be a representative of you . Although I never used their services, the way this business handled the situation was extremely disappointing. I never received a follow-up call, email, or text regarding my complaint. I know my message was received because the employee contacted me with threats after I reached out to the business. I even offered to provide the messages as proof. It has been over a month with no response or accountability, so I feel it's important to leave this review. If you are Black or African American, I would strongly reconsider using this business. Update respond back to the owner . You did not reach out regarding this at all, either personally or professionally. She works for you and is a reflection of your business. So, in other words, you're saying she's allowed to make racial comments as long as they weren't directed at a customer? You haven't returned a single call or spoken with me to even review the evidence I have. That evidence includes three separate police reports all stating the same thing, as well as Facebook messages containing racial slurs. You took her word and that was the end of it . Doing a FULL investigation would require both parties and speaking with the person with the complaint. It shows how you treat black people . Bathroom cabinets still had hair from previous owner inside, fridge has sauce on the shelves that was not scrubbed off, and the kitchen cabinets had glass that was still there from a broken bottle or appliance. Would not recommend if you need a deep clean.

Best IRS Audit Representation We were working with other CPA firm from last 10 years and in 2015 we have a privilege of audit by Internal Revenue service for our IT Business. Our existing firm represent the audit and practically we were not happy with the outcome as we owe 150k+ to IRS. In July 2016 we change the representations and hire VG CPA PC to represent the audit. Initially we feel they were very costly and was not sure whether to hire them or just setup a installment agreement with IRS. We gave the chance and changed the CPA and during representations we learn a lot of IRS rules and as suggested entered all the data in accounting software. This changed the whole audit and all our numbers tied with the taxes. Today I received final determination of 12K. Finally we found it worth to hire VG CPA for audit representation. read more

Yesterday I came to their office to file Back taxes and it took longer then expected estimated time. They went in too details and was not sure if they really need all. After completing Vikas explain the reason for looking other documents and completely satisfied with the work. I will say like - Knoweledge- Expert - Organisation - Best - Answering my question- Fully satisfied - Time Management- I believ they can estimate right time but took longer then estimated time. (Too detail oriented) I gave them 5 star for expertise and 4 for professionalism as they should have estimated time in advance and we would have plan our other activities. A personal experience I would love to share. I received IRS Penalties amounting to $ 20,500. I had already paid the penalty to IRS. It was at this time a friend of mine referred me to your firm. After going through my documents, you took my case. I cannot believe that you eliminated my IRS Tax returns, I received the penalty back. My friend's reference was truly a blessing in disguise.
