Review update! This…read morecontinues to be my favorite Blush Boutique location. Through and through. The fact I don't live in state (I live 4.75 hours away on a rainy day, 4.5 on a good day) and have managed to spend probably $2k at Blush since my first visit in June 2015, should say a lot. I have been to this one, the Gulch, and the Louisville location. That's also my order of preference (see my Louisville review for more info on why that location doesn't stack up). What sets this location apart: Parking is easy. It's next to a Target in a shopping strip. The store is laid out well. It does have a TON of merchandise, but associates seem to know where everything is. The merchandising itself is better. Instead of being Charming Charlie-Esque blocks of color, things are mixed and matched. This makes sense. People don't wear blocks of color. People wear style. I love the Blush brand pieces a lot. Some are better quality than others, yes. But things are usually priced accordingly. The staff at this store is attentive, conversational, but not in a way that is aggressive, phony feeling, or anything but organic coupled with just good customer service. They also don't make you feel like a kleptomaniac in the way they offer to start a room. Never once have they treated me like a suspected shoplifter... Which is great considering I have spent so much money. That may sound like a strange thing to say, but another location definitely did make me feel that way (and I was taken aback by it) The fitting rooms in this location are better. Better lighting. Instead of a random tiny dinky nail out a wall, there are plenty of hooks to hang stuff and even a spot to set a wallet down. Fabulous. They have their bralettes right by the fitting room if you need that. This location is legit the best. Never had bad customer service. Oh and today she even asked if I was a Blush Loyalty person. Most of the time they don't since I am from out of town... and I didn't realize the couple of times people have asked for my phone number that's why... So apparently from the times it was asked, I have earned a $25 gift card from the amount spent those times I was asked. Not too shabby

I used to get my hair cut at the nearby Scout's, so I would constantly walk through Franklin Road to and from, and realized it was best to look around after as I would always be late if I got distracted on my way to! They offer both Men's and Women's clothing with an extra focus on denim of all types. As with many local boutique style shops, pricing can seem a bit high, however the quality and brands they carry are honestly worth it. I am usually pretty shy about spending a pretty penny on a singular item of clothing, but some of the shirts I have bought here are my favorites and worth every penny. Outside of clothing they have a solid variety of accessories and other random items to complete any outfit. Service is always stellar here as well. From entry to exit, they are friendly and helpful. Overall, when I am in downtown Franklin, whether I need something or not, I always make it point to swing by.

She said no. No consideration or looking anything up. Ok cool. No problem. But then I see the original tag in the pocket and it says "ecological fur". So I ask her what that means and she proceeds to explain that it means it was "Lamb shearling that was humanely sourced". Hmmm ok. So then I google the jacket and of course I am seeing faux fur all over the internet for this brand. Next I look at the material tag and voila it's Polymide! Just fabricating a whole dang story! Selling a damn faux fur at real fur prices and then lying about it!!!! Be careful yall! And had a bad attitude to boot.

I had no real intentions of buying anything. I figured I'd just look around and kill a bit of time. However I fell in love with a gorgeous pair of Louis Vuitton shoes they had in my size. Not only were they priced right, but the store was willing to mail them to me in Florida which saved me money on taxes. The store representative even included in my package plastic red bottom soles that would help me preserve the classic red bottom look. I now follow them on Instagram to see if I discover any more beauties from this neighborhood gem.

I consigned a luxury item here under what I believed was a clear agreement, supported by a written…read moremessage confirming the commission. I was told the item hadn't sold, but months later discovered it had. I received a check, which was later canceled, and was offered a new one based on a different commission than I expected. Looking back, the issue stemmed from the fact that I signed a contract that didn't reflect what I thought had been agreed upon. That was my mistake, and I take responsibility for not ensuring the written agreement matched the earlier communication. I learned an important lesson about getting everything in writing and double-checking all terms before signing. That said, I still experienced poor communication, delayed responses, and confusion around the status of the sale and payment. These issues made the situation much more stressful than it needed to be. I also heard from others who shared similar frustrations, though I can only speak directly to my own experience. My intent isn't to harm the business, but to share what happened so others can be better informed. If you choose to consign here, I strongly recommend asking very specific questions, reading the contract carefully, and getting all terms clearly documented before moving forward.
