I have no objection to the quote--it is a free market, so you can quote whatever you want. I think for a normal, polite person, they can just ignore my message if they don't want to lower the price. Or they can simply say something like "price not negotiable" or "have a good day". The second pic is the copper the new roofer installed (the same work that Lorenzo was referring to in the text message string). The new roofer also confirmed that was one source of water leaking in my attic. He also found another leaky section where the roof was caulked instead of flashed. More cutting corners. These resulted in water leaks in my attic, entry way and garage. And in response to Lorenzo's comment on what's included in the 30-page insurance estimate - flashing is on the list, including step flashing, which my new roofer commented was completely original and not replaced when Mr Reliable replaced the roof. Another thing he was paid for that didn't get done. READ YOUR ESTIMATES CAREFULLY - I didn't and Lorenzo took full advantage. Bottom line, my out of pocket cost to fix what Lorenzo didn't was $2,700. This doesn't include the dry wall repair and painting still needed in the interior. Not to mention potential mold remediation. If you're read this far - move on. Find someone else.

I had problems with the shades, and they would come out but took their time. They were paid for their service. They replaced the motors, and I paid for that as well, which I understood as they were out of warranty. Sent a text to the owner and told him I was having the same problem with the motors and told him they are still under warranty and sent him a copy of his last imvoice so he could see they were still under warranty. He nor his office never responded. I called the manufacturer, and they could not understand why they did not call and take care of the problem. They helped me and found a great dealer who worked with me to get this resolved. Im my opinion I would not use this company. Seems like they want the sale, but that's about it. This is my opinion. They left me hanging!!!
