My selection was their House Special Pho. Cost was about average (as expected) for a House Special Pho and for its size and location. This dish included a flat noodle, slices of chicken breast, thin beef slices, and beef balls. I found the Pho broth alittle weak and the beef slices alittle tasteless for my liking. This likely means they must of used the meat for my dish to boil down for the flavor. There were no fresh slices of beef on this serving cooked or raw. Usually the hot broth can cook down the the thin raw beef slice and insures fresh tasty beef. So I've had much better. There were a lot of locals coming in to purchase take-away bites of sorts such as the spring rolls and bites on a stick. This is why I picked this place, but was disappointed in the flavor in dish. At least the beef balls was tasty that was included. I always check the cleanliness of the pea sprouts, which seemed decent. There were no mint leaves, a few sprigs of cilantro, and the slice of lemon. There was of course a bottle of Siracha Hot Chili Sauce at the main counter. The eating environment was okay for typical Asian eatery, for a hot summer day, not the best as you may roast yourself. Not much space for a large group, mostly small tables. read more
