I eat at many restaurants around Hobart.
This place may not seem it by first appearance, but its food stands out among its local counterparts, hence my five out of five rating.
This restaurant is comfortable, clean, light, warm, and welcoming. It has a 'light' atmosphere.
My favourite aspect of this place is the genuine quality of food. The menu is far less congested than most, which I love. Each dish is a genuine healthy option, and unlike many Asian restaurants I have eaten at, each dish is distinctly different.
I spoke with the Vietnamese co-owner "Tiffany" (husband and wife team), about their business, and I was enthralled to learn about the passion and determination they have towards providing real, healthy food.
(The prices are quite reasonable also. I would happily pay more for the food I was served.)
I had the "Beef Noodle Soup" (Pho Tai) with added vegetables, garlic, and fresh chili on the side, and "Prawns and Pork Rice Paper Rolls with Bean Sauce". Both dishes were superb and made fresh (even the Bean Sauce was remarkable). read more
