If you love Vietnamese food and pho this is definitely a restaurant you should consider. I always stick to the pho and leave out the tripe. First time trying Viet Pho for lunch today. I loved the spring rolls (that sauce!) and the fried egg roll. I ordered the grilled pork with egg rice combo. You can always count on great food and friendly service at this restaurant. My favorite dishes are the tofu lemongrass dish and the spring rolls. The waiter is gracious to educate us when we ask questions about correct Vietnamese pronunciations, food and condiment recommendations and traditional ways to eat Vietnamese food. read more

Very Decent PHO. I've sampled a lot from Atlanta to Seattle and this place holds up! Needs patronage from the locals to succeed! Stopped here for lunch while on a business trip. It's not a fancy place but it is well-maintained and clean. I ordered the beef tenderloin pho and the fresh shrimp spring roll. Service was prompt, food was very good and the portions were large... and I only ordered the medium size. I'll come here again next time I am in town. read more

They have Pho here the size of a king bowl. It was huge, and there were lots of meat, definitely worth the price. Bun thit nuong or noodle w/bbq meat, the bbq meat was definitely good, the rice noodle is a little thick though, they should have use the xs version, other than that it definitely a good viet restaurant to go to. Me and my wife love to eat Pho when we are at my house near Atlanta. I temporarily relocated to her hometown of Albany so we needed to find an alternative here. We walked into Viet Pho and were seated promptly. They seemed to be nice and we were excited to eat one of our favorite dishes again. When the server brought the menu i decided to ask him a few questions to gauge the caliber of food were we about to eat. My first, and only question, was "Do you eat here?" He replied "fuck no" as if i asked him something crazy. I learned from working in the restaurant industry that if the servers ate at the place where they work it meant the food was really good, but from his reaction something was wrong. I asked him again to make sure he heard me correctly and he answered the with the same. Reluctantly we ignored his answers and ordered some water while we decided on our food selections. After about 2 minutes another fellow walks from the back and tells us he doesnt want our service and to leave or he'll call the police. I ask him whats wrong and tell him there must be some sort of misunderstanding but he insisted that we leave immediately. Turns out that the server went and told his other staff mates that i asked him if there was dog or cat in the food. I was completely dumbfounded because that was the furthest thing from my mind and told the second guy exactly what i said. The server then begins to tell him and other that i said dog or cat in another language again. We got out of there before things got any worse. read more

I had lunch at Viet Pho today. Even though I was full, I can't wait to go back and eat more! I had a Pho and Shredded Pork Rolls while I was there. I couldn't help commenting, out loud, how delicious the broth was. I can't wait to go back and try something else! The only negative was the loud staff conversation in the front of the house about fighting. I was the only guest in the restaurant, but still, the conversation was inappropriate. The best Vietnamese food I've had, I live in Atlanta and they have hundreds of Vietnamese restaurants. This is by far the best Vietnamese Pho place I've ever been to. Delicious! I have never eaten Vietnamese food, but now I'm hooked. The restaurant was very clean and had a nice calming atmosphere. The service was fast and friendly, and the food was absolutely amazing. Be careful ordering noodle bowls because a medium could probably feed 4 people. The prices were cheap for such great food and service.
