However, upon ordering my late breakfast/lunch, i.e., the jet-lagged, groggy, dispositional meal after 24-hours landing at Heathrow, the special Won-Ton soup was lacking notably, bean sprouts, mint leaves, bay leaves, more assorted vegetables, and slices of chili peppers: I guess it's safe assuming the soups created here are catering to the local residences' taste buds and not those who are familiar with experiencing true ethnic, Vietnamese cuisine.
