It's short and I'm able to see out of the opening so l am good to go! The tech is super nice and made me teel very comfortable. The receptionist was nice and welcoming. Numerous new referrals were sent via fax and Viera Diagnostic claimed they did not receive any of them when we called to follow-up. We asked if they would let us know when they received the referral and they stated that we would just need to keep calling to see if they received it. Eventually, I had to call the provider and receive a new printed copy through their portal to physically provide Viera Diagnostics. That should've been a sign! That whole debacle delayed us getting the x-ray. The appointment: The x-ray tech was kind and professional. Results: Results were never provided to my son's doctor. The x-ray was needed in a timely manner to make treatment decisions. At the appointment, they said it'd be 2-3 days. I never heard from them so figured they had sent results to the referring doctor, which is typically standard protocol (unless the patient or family is advised otherwise). Over a week later, I didn't hear anything from my doctor and when I called Viera Diagnostic Center to follow-up, I was told it'd be sent immediately (no apology or explanation was provided for the delay). However, nothing happened as our doctor still never received the images. Following a 2nd call and a request to speak with the manager, the results were suddenly received by our doctor. At this point, the x-ray was completed 1 day shy of 2 weeks ago. The results were simply an interpretation that sounded minimal---NO IMAGES for the referring doctor to review!! The manager never called me either. There is also no portal for the patient to access images. For a very simple x-ray, this process caused me a lot of stress!

UTI fit me in for imaging a few hours later. Jennifer at the front desk could tell I was a little confused and she helped me so much, she actually filled out my information. The Ultra Sound tech, took me right back and helped me on the table and explained everything she was doing. I was bruised pretty bad, and she was so gentle and kind to me. I hope UTI will let their employees what an asset they are to UTI. I would highly recommend this Imaging facility.

The building is well marked with signs directing you to the entrance. The place is clean and comfortable. They have lockers for you to place your items while you are getting your procedure. The MRI was comfortable and they give you a choice of music to listen to in headphones while you're in the machine. Service: The front desk lady was professional and nice. Then I went back for my MRI. Michelle was amazing... she explained everything, worked quickly and efficiently, and was just a pleasant person. The MRI was done as fast as you can with MRIs. LOL! I read where they take longer than reasonable to read studies and my Dr. needs a fairly quick turnaround time. Ironically, before booking, they said their machine was being repaired. I want to be able to ask a lot of questions. I want my doctor to take time with me and not feel rushed out the door. I want to feel confident the doctor wants to "get to the bottom of the things" with a sincere attitude. This is how Dr Thaver seemed to me. We didn't do any tests in this visit. We just discussed my various issues and made a plan for the future. I cant wait to come back! The billing department will harass you for the money. I paid the $200.00 and contacted my insurance company, which told me that the billing department had coded the charge incorrectly and that my insurance had sent a check to Suntree for the amount. I had the check # and proof that it had been cashed, which I sent to Suntree. I was told that it had not been posted yet! Now Suntree had $400.00 in their pocket, and trust me, it was a hassle to get MY MONEY back! Finally, after calling several times, I was credited on my card. 2 weeks later, I received the same $200.00 bill, stating it was overdue! I have also had to wait for over 24 hours for a prescription to be sent to CVS! If you call and ask where the prescription is, they first tell you that they are TOO BUSY at the moment to send it in. The second time you call, they tell you that the Dr has not given the prescription list. This is 4 1/2 hours after your appointment. It was a Saturday, and Suntree closed at 2:00 PM, while CVS closed at 6:00 PM. Called CVS at 5:30, and nothing had been sent in! Called first thing Sunday morning and was told they were working on it! Waiting more than 24 hours for a prescription is unacceptable! Beware of Suntree Internal Medicine. Terrible practice!

I was offered a re do scan because of how poor quality my images were but was told i was unable to come on a Saturday which is my only day off / the day of my appointment for a reason. I was then offered a partial refund that i have yet to receive and am being ignored. The girl kept opening the door to the lobby while i was being scanned exposing my undressed stomach to the strangers in the lobby which just felt uncomfortable and unprofessional. I don't recommend this place at all
