Well they got us there and back with no hiccups, so that' was awesome! In San Juan the staff was friendly and professional. Our pilot was great, too. Leaving Culebra was like being on an entirely different airline. We arrived, as instructed, 45 minutes before our flight. It wasn't until a few minutes before our flight that VAL staff finally started showing up to the airport! No one checked our baggage or gave us an update on our flight. We were late. And we were willing to pay for our mistake. How ever a super rude employee say to us. IS NOT VIEQUES AIR LINK PROBLEM THE YOU ARE LATE NOW YOU HAVE TO DEAL WITH IT. He did not offer any solution to ur problem he just say next. We call a number in the first floor of the airport and 15 minutes later we were in the air. Don't recommend this airline at all. read more
