Best Marriott location wise in Vienna o think- just inside the ring and walking distance to some great sights and shopping and eating areas, with a beautiful city park across the street to boot. The newly renovated M lounge for those with platinum and above is quite nice for drinks and snacks - and the little outdoor rooftop area is lovely in the evenings. The staff were all attentive and wonderful!

This is as five star as it will get. From the moment you walk in you know that the establishment is first class. From the food to the rooms as well as the staff, all were very helpful and friendly The location is just a short walk from the City Center and bus/subway stations. My only complaint was the spa/pool area. They ask that you remain quiet in the area which I understand for the spa area but when there are little children playing in the pool, they are just being kids. Kids will naturally be somewhat loud and playful. They continually made announcements asking people to remain quiet. When designing this they should have separated the spa and pool area. Otherwise, it was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend the Vienna Marriot to anyone.

I believe the saying is true, "People will travel anywhere for good food." My adventure to Vienna was all [modeling] business but, the love for international dining was in close runnings. Hence the name, modelsEAT. If I wasn't enjoying a meal within the city of Wien (Vienna,) I was enjoying a meal at the hotel whether it was delivered via room service or served at one of the hotels' restaurants. Well, most of my time was spent at the hotel because the client wanted us to get as much rest as possible in between model preparations and rehearsals for the show. Based upon my experience (and despite a few fruitflies in our room) I felt as if I was an A-List celebrity. Room service was amazing! The hotel staff was as professional and welcoming as they could possibly be (despite the minor language barrier.) The cleanliness of this hotel was magnificent. One evening, I witnessed a maintenance man sweeping the leaves off of the hotel's curbside. In addition to this beautiful hotel there's plenty of historic landmarks, restaurants, and shops. Vienna's Marriott Hotel and it's location have so much to offer their guest!

Very nice hotel. Close to many area attractions. The hotel offers free breakfast with the executive room accommodations and access to the MLounge. Worth the extra because the breakfast has an omelet station and buffet of hot and cold, with fresh pastries as well. A variety of coffee and tea.

Great stay! From the champagne (or water) greeting upon checking in to the very friendly and attentive staff. Definitely recommend this hotel if vacationing with family. The breakfast buffet is one of the best I have ever had. Healthy choices like oatmeal and yogurts to more savory choices like croissants, muffins and omelette/pancake bar. The lobby itself is beautiful with its natural light and high ceilings. The kids went swimming one day in the warm pool and we had free water bottles placed in our room everyday by the cleaning staff. Excellent in every way. We were also there the day the concierge lounge re-opened after being closed for 2-yrs due to Covid. The room was beautiful and relaxing. Food selection was amazing and plentiful.

There are numerous museums including the Albertina showcasing Durer, Raphael, Rembrandt, Picasso, Klmt and others. The Augustinekirche (14th century Gothic), Schatzkammer Imperial Treasury, Lipizzaner riding school, Globenmuseum of cartography and the Nationalbibliotek and others. I'm reviewing the tour of the Imperial apartments, Imperial Silver Collection and the Sisi Museum which are in the Hofburg Palace and included in a one ticket price for Adults of 12.50 Euro. This tour comes with a free audio-guide in 13 different languages. I highly recommend the audio-guide which gives detail and perspective you would miss on a self tour. Admission with a guide is another option and costs 15.50 Euros and lasts about 55 minutes. There are other neighboring museum combinations with the Hofburg Palace Tour you might be interested in which include the Art/History Museum and the Schonbrunn Palace. The Imperial Apartments feature Franz Joseph & wife Elizabeth's private quarters, the Audience Hall of great magnificence, conference room for ministers and crown council, living room and bedroom of Elizabeth which are on the scale of the Hermitage and Versailles. The Rococo style, Bohemian crystal chandeliers and 17th/18th century tapestries augment the numerous salons. The furniture is 19th century Louis XV and Empire style. The Sisi Museum has numerous personal items owned by Elizabeth as well as famous portraits of Elizabeth. Her Hungarian Coronation dress is a highlight as is the black coat with egret feathers which she was laid out in after the assassination.. The Silver Collection holds 7,000 coins. It also includes the Vienna Court Silver Service and the "Grand Vermeil Service" which was a service for up to 140 people. The Milan Centerpiece is also a highlight. Interesting little nuances include the dinner menu. Anyone for veal lips or liver dumplings. The tour is accessible to the disabled with ramps, elevators, free wheel chairs and free entrance to aids for blind visitors. Seeing-eye dogs are also allowed. I attended a Mozart Concert in the Hofburg Palace which I enjoyed but others may not appreciate.

I met RABEB, Assistant General Manager, and she was vary helpful, kind and sincerely concerned our vacation stay was enjoyable and memorable. For 3 of the 5 Days this was the case! Sadly and Tragically, on Days 4 & 5 this turned out to be "FAKE" by another Assistant General Manager named ISABELLA." She betrayed my TRUST quickly by outright LIEING to me that I could re-enter the Gym/Sauna as I requested to take a quick photo for ideas for my home. I was SHOCKED & SURPRISED! Her Demeanor and Attitude instantly "FLIPPED" once I checked-out. I requested to store my luggage until 9 or 10PM, Isabella agreed. I didn't return until the next morning to retrieve my luggage and thanked her for the storage. I moved my luggage into the lobby while I was ordering a UBER Ride. However, for some unbeknownst reason[s] she became irrate when I requested to know if a room was available for another night. She stated I was NOT welcome back because the room had a "BAD SMELL." I informed her that I had requested to NOT have ANY ROOM SERVICES for the Five [5] days and should be commended for being a GREEN FRIENDLY CONSUMER, NOT BANNED! I was following their Corporate Policies to be a GREEN FRIENDLY PROPERTY yet I was now being treated like a CRIMINAL. As I awaiting for the UBER Vehicle, 3 men 'SNATCHED" ALL of my Luggages WITHOUT my Permission NOR Consent and physically moved them outside onto the sidewalk UNNATTENDED. ¡ UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNCONSCIONABLE BUSINESS PRACTICES BY ISABELLA!!! I advised Isabella I will be REMOVING the Hlowing 5 Star Review and Repkacing it with this 1 Star Review, SHE SIGHED AND LAUGHED! Unfortunately, this HOTEL is located in DISTRICT 10 which I was informed by several local Police Officer's is the worst DISTRICT in Vienna.
