Best Honda I've ever owned bought it used with 88,000 miles on it. And I now have 250,000 miles!!! Only basic upkeep ever had to be done!

This place is a rip off!!! A couple weeks ago we brought in mine and my sisters cars. Both for an oil change and one for a brake light issue. We waited there for three and half hours and had to keep checking in on our cars. When we were able to finally flag down one of the girls about our cars she said that my sisters car needed a special part and that it won't be in for a few days and apologized for how long we had to wait for the oil changes. She said she gave the oil changes to us for free. When we went back the next week to get my sisters car back they not only went against their word about the oil change being free but her brake light now keeps coming off! We returned the car today and they claim that the brake light coming out is not their responsibility to fix and wants to charge us to pop it back in!! They are the only place here that works on VW's and were the only ones that worked on it! This place is shady and treat their customers like crap! We will never be back again!

Absolutely the best customer service from any car dealership I've ever been too. I was in a very vulnerable position moving from California to Colorado. I had moved up to Colorado to start a new life for my family and I. I got a good job working for a local water district and had my Honda Civic Hybrid to make the commute. Well my Honda has stalled on me one day and coded: "Electronic Charging System fail" I was able to start the car and hobble it into Vidmar Honda. I was introduced first to Alexus Griego, who out the gate was very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable of the ins and outs of Honda parts and warranties. I had known about the California Emissions Warranty on green vehicles and knew it would cover this system issue but didn't know how it would help me here in Colorado. Alexus and her team took the ball and got to Work immediately! I had to take the next day off to wait for my vehicle diagnostic and to relax. They kept me in the loop the whole time with updates, and cost expectations so I was not surprised. The part was my intelligent inverter system, a $2,000 part with about $1,000 labor cost. She assured me she would be in touch with her District manager to see if they could find some way to use the California Emissions Warranty to spare me a lot of the cost. With her persistence and diligence she had made all of the calls, all of the paper work, arranged for a loaner car for me, and got my cost down to $600! Now I could do that! Overall the team over at Vidmar Honda provided me with some of the best customer service I could expect going above and beyond! Bob Sanchez only requested my continued business and didn't expect anything else in return. Well I have to let everyone in the Pueblo area, or passerby's, that if they ever have any issues with their Honda to GO TO VIDMAR for the best service, best price, and best people in my experience. From my Family to yours Vidmar: THANK YOU! You have helped me and my family by allowing me to continue to commute to and from work and ultimately helping me establish my new life here in Palmer Lake, Colorado!

It has sat for months out of the last several years, due to his battle with cancer. We were told the trani harness was bad and needed replaced and a system update. Adding the trani needed fluid service. In addition, we were told it needed new shocks, repair to pipes on the oil cooling system and additional services leading up to nearly $9000. Yes, that's $9000. On a vehicle with 45K miles! Here's the thing, (quoting) "The trani fluid is burned, and we don't want to put it back in the transmission." It's a sealed unit, you didn't drain it! Not even a trani dip stick on this model. The harness isn't in the trani. The shocks are fine, and the protective wrap on the harness you replaced was left hanging. I have video of trans fluid and pics of harness, from the mechanic that cleaned up your mess..... This is why you have a terrible reputation. It should be an embarrassment to quote such a repair cost to the owner of a, babied, vehicle with 45K on it. We will never be back. Yes, I own a Chevy too... so, that's double the loss.

We drove all the way to Pueblo because Southwest Motors had replied to a request for information on a truck they liked. We met with Jason Ward and he had three trucks ready for them to test drive. They chose a Chevy Colorado and were nervous about the next step. They have excellent credit (which didn't seem to matter to the dealerships in the Springs), and a good down payment. We had a deal in 10 minutes, with a payment they were comfortable with, and more $$ for their trade in than we were offered at other dealerships. We went to Brandon's office to sign the paperwork and were presented with an even better deal!! One week later, the girls drove their truck home with two keys, and a full tank of gas! That week, my sons car died. It'll cost more to fix than its worth, so we made another trip to Pueblo to see Jason at Southwest Motors. Once again, Jason came through with a nice selection of cars in his budget to test drive. My son chose a great car, and got a great deal!! The car needed to be detailed before he took it home, so we planned one more trip to Pueblo. The day before that trip, Jason called and asked if the girls could come back down and sign new paperwork.....wait....why??? Because Brandon had continued to shop their deal and got their interest rate reduced by more than half!!!!! 5 stars are not enough!!! We are delighted with how our kids were treated; respectfully and honestly. It was a great experience and we'll be back. In the meantime, I recommend anyone looking for a quality used car, check out Southwest Motors, and Jason will take care of you!!

We were looking at a 2019 Ford Edge and…read morereached out to the dealership, letting them know we would be flying down from Montana if we decided to buy the vehicle. They didn't require a deposit to hold it, just said they can run the financing check for pre approval and then hold the car. Fine, yep, no big deal. We asked if we could have the Ford dealership across the street for a 139 pt inspection on it (most of my gripe is with them on this deal). Southwest said absolutely, no problem, drove it over for us, we got the report from Ford and said it would Need new tires eventually and had a few "wear and tear scratches". Husband calls the technician to verify the "scratches" that had failed the inspection and was assured it was just "normal wear and tear". We fly down to Denver, drove to Pueblo only to see that not only did the car have visible damage, but one panel the damage included a dent. The Ford technician had passed the "Dents" portion with no notes. The sales person was apologetic and asked if we couldn't see those in the listing photos. My husband pulled up the listing photos on his laptop and there was absolutely no way we would have seen them from the photos (hence why we took it to Ford! F*ckers). The manager came out and told us he couldn't go much lower on the car but could take $500 off OR offer to show us other cars on the lot. I'm good. Thanks. Whole thing felt dishonest. Takeaway, do a thorough body check and maybe ask for a FaceTime video or something to look at the body of the car before traveling to look at one. Alpine Ford will get my next review after screwing me out of $320 for a sh*t "inspection". Note- the car is back listed on their website and the SAME pictures are on the website. At least disclose the damage and be honest about it.

The plugin RAV4s were scarce at the time and none were available in New Mexico, so we called around to some dealerships in the surrounding states. The call to the dealership was great - the woman I spoke to was very friendly and down to earth, and helped me hold an incoming car while we drove up from New Mexico. Once we got there the salesman we worked with, Devon, was super professional and helpful. Him and the finance guy (sorry! I forgot his name but he was also great) took time with us to crunch numbers and we ended up getting a great payment. It's not a huge dealership but the showroom was very clean, there were plenty of places to sit, a coffee bar, clean bathrooms, etc. The entire experience was very pleasant, easy, and by far the fastest car buying experience I've ever had (test drove, numbers done, trade-in taken/assessed, paperwork signed, and car prepped in like an hour and a half). In the weeks after the dealership and our salesman checked in a few times to ask about the visit and the car, and even repaired some accidental damage caused by the dealer vanity plate at no charge (and with no fuss) 3 months after the purchase. Really good experience. In the future I would be happy to make another trip to Pueblo, next time I buy a car.

As such, we can't get license plates on the old truck. We've been in contact with the dealership numerous times including talking to the manager himself with no luck. Now they won't even return my phone calls. Because we've gotten absolutely no assistance from Auto World we've had to resort to trying to track down a title for it ourselves through the previous owner and the auction company they contracted with to sell the truck but there's a possibility that we will have to apply for and pay lots of money for a bonded title. Frustration cannot even begin to describe how we feel. We certainly won't do business there again and don't recommend the place for any auto buyers.
