Blown tire, no spare, specialty model tire on back order and no way home without a tow. Austin picked me up and saved the day!

Waited long time to post this. This was years ago now,but I…read morestill get angry every time I think about the time I got f#c*#ed Got ripped off! Went in for 2 cv axels on my Chevy volt reports back to me saying only one was completely busted but other was fine for now. He suggested just replacing one But I told him go ahead and replace both I got the car and thought all was well. Then just 1 year later the other cv axel goes out. Completely torn busted with ground up metal and clicking, the rubber was visibly aged a lot more than the other side which was flawless and new still. These are supposed to last 80- 150k My car was over 150k when one had finally busted. Anthony decided to charge me for both of them and lie to me and just used the one cv axel he advised me to get! it ended costing me another $600+ to go to breaks plus and they did it in just a few hours as a walk in. This guy is seriously mental and he was kinda rude to me throughout our interactions and it took 2 weeks to fix he just kept putting me off and kept giving me new time frames and costed $860 plus lost time at work so more like over 2k for just one single $140 part to be installed after not having any transportation or car to do my pizza delivery job with. He knew I was financially struggling at the time and took full advantage of me. Anthony if you make this right I'll remove this review if you just send the $600 it costed me and for the major inconvenience my PayPal is @Rhine717 Jacobrhineart is the user name.

I don't believe there was any malicious intent, and everyone came across as good people. That said, the vehicle I purchased did not meet the standard it was presented with, and I don't want someone else to run into the same unexpected costs I did. I purchased a used 2018 Tesla Model 3 from Liberty Motors on August 12, 2025. From the start, I expressed concerns about the climate system and the suspension due to the age and mileage of the car. During the test drive, I noticed a creaking sound when turning the wheel and when going over bumps. When I mentioned it afterward, I was told it was a known Tesla steering column issue. I specifically asked whether it could be suspension-related and was assured that it was not, and that the suspension was in good shape. Later, Tesla diagnosed the noise as a suspension problem that required $1,869.42 in repairs. Additionally, although the heat couldn't be fully tested because it was over 90° the day of the sale, the climate system turned out to have a major fault as well. I now have a repair estimate of about $2,400 for climate and coolant system work. I called to ask whether Liberty Motors could help with any part of the repairs or costs and was told that the vehicle was sold as-is and Bonnie let me know there was nothing they could do. Based on my experience I would encourage future buyers to get anything you're concerned about inspected independently and not rely solely on verbal assurances. I hope my experience helps someone avoid similar unexpected expenses.

So I asked the car dealer to pay for putting in my stereo from my truck to the new car I bought from them. They went shady on me and said they'd give me 50 bucks towards it. So I guess once you buy a vehicle from them all promises go out the window. I'm not gonna trip but that's kinda shady.
