Every aspect from final product, responsiveness and professionalism, and price was top notch. With COVID numbers spiking 500%+ at the time of our wedding, we saw half of our guest list cancel within the two weeks leading up to the wedding. (We had family members and my best man also cancel the day of, it was a mess.) We should've thought of doing this sooner, but we decided to add a streaming component the week before the ceremony. I thought this would be next to impossible, but somehow the Cut 'N' Run team confirmed availability for our service within less than an hour of initial outreach, even though it was after business hours. The team was able to quickly coordinate with us and the venue, and all planning was very easy to understand. The day of, our videographer was very professional, had a great attitude, and was patient since we had some last minute changes given late cancellations. Honestly, I don't think the wedding would have gone as smoothly if we did not work with Cut 'N' Run. I'd highly recommend working with them. Seriously, pick any reason--quality, capabilities, professionalism, cost--and you will not be disappointed.

So why did I give them a five star rating? I gave them the highest rating because of how they handled the problems. They didn't charge us for the streaming, They explained what the technical difficulties had been, and they said that if we ever do this again they will come and do it for free. For Free. The situation was out of their hands, but they took the responsibility for those problems, and they made good. These are upstanding individuals who take pride in their business and will work hard for you. They are very honest and have a great deal of integrity. And that is more important than anything else. Certainly not cheap, but this is a case where you get what you pay for, but in a good way. Anyone can snap some nice shots with an expensive Nikon, but it takes a special level of talent and vision to produce the quality Leeann provides. She is able to carefully craft each scene and adjust the focus and lighting in ways no amateur could ever manage. She was also good about arranging people and working efficiently without taking up too much time. My sister said it best when my wife and I showed her the album: "These are like everyone's absolute dream wedding photos!"

Turnaround time from the shoot was brief, just a couple of business days, faster than promised. No need to send them back for round two or any reworks, he nailed it on the first go. The studio itself was exactly what you want in a working studio floor - comfortable, packed to the gills with all the gear you might need, and messy like the space of a creative person. The space put me at ease and made getting the shots we needed that much more efficient. Communication throughout the whole thing was perfect and quick. For simple portraits and headshots in one wardrobe I was in and out in an easy half hour after starting right on time. In the end I paid for two shots and he sent me multiple cuts of five shots. Travis was the DJ for our wedding, and I keep hearing that the music was good!…read more The most important thing is that when it came down to timing and attention to detail (Specifically timing of things; ceremony song, introductions, and the schedule) we didn't have it all there. It was there, but in the moment, I realized I hadn't paid enough time. Thankfully, Travis was able to know what to except, saw what was going on, and simply adjusted. (Looking back, it wasn't simple, Travis just knew!). It all flowed. Even when my husband hurt his ankle dancing to the son/mother dance (I know - Murphy's Law is real at weddings), Travis just knew what to do! Lastly, Travis charges a wonderful price; and does not charge extra for lights (which we used), and items for showing pictures (did not use), such as TVs or projectors.
