I would take pictures of my cats with my phone all the time, but I really wanted a professional to take some pictures and just capture the essence of how cute and meaningful they are to me. Unlike phone pictures, they have a great background, are not blurry, and the pictures capture the entire kittens' bodies. Lisa was so gentle and approachable with the kittens and they took to liking her and playing with her right away. It's so hard to have kittens sit still, but Lisa was able to use a brilliant combination of toys and distractions to get the perfect shots. She comes every weekday to give him a mid-day walk and has dog sat for Bucky several times while my husband and I went out of town. Anna is reliable, and always able to help out in a pinch. She also goes the extra mile with Bucky - I can tell that he loves spending time with her and that she takes the time to bond with him. When Bucky was sick, Anna took care of him and even cleaned up after him. She went above and beyond what we asked her to do, and I know Bucky appreciates it. I communicated this well in advance to give her ample time to adjust. However, when I was finally able to reconnect and try to book a new date, she informed me that her pricing had increased from $1,000 to $4,000 and that this was the only package available. At that point, I simply requested a refund since she said she was no longer offering the original service I had booked. She refused to provide a full refund and instead referred me back to the contract. I asked again, as I had no interest in pursuing a negative outcome, but she remained unwilling to work toward a fair resolution. Because of this, I cannot in good faith recommend her services to others.
