LeeAnn and her team has been amazing to work with. I actually found her on Instagram first through some mutual friends and I have now hired her TWICE for branding photos, staged product shots for my website, staff photos, and photos of services we offer. I own a salon and a medspa, so the needs are very different but she didn't disappoint. Before the shoot, we had various Zoom meetings to ensure I could gather what I needed prior and she had a good grasp on what I wanted. I sent lots of inspo pics through Pinterest which I think helps her understand the direction I like. LeeAnn is extremely thorough with the planning stages and I knew exactly what to expect each week. We loved working with LeeAnn! I saw her ad on instagram and looked over some of her pictures and thought we would give her a try. I really appreciated the phone conversations before the shoot to help her get to know our family in advance. She also really helped with helping with clothing choices. The photo shoot was really great too. She took a ton of pictures and we never felt rushed, but she didn't waste any time either. I have a 9 month old and a 2 year old and they didn't always cooperate, but she was great with them. Wearing a mask added another level of difficultly trying to engage with the kids, but she did wonderful, and we appreciated her wearing the mask while in our home. The pictures turned out beautiful and we are excited to get the prints we ordered. LEEANN IS AMAZING! She captured my family beautifully. Seriously, she captured so many sweet moments between me, my husband, and our baby girl. I am so thankful I came across her work. We started with a phone call to talk about a session, why I wanted to do a shoot, how I felt having pictures taken of myself, where I wanted to take the photos, and who I wanted included. She was super personable and immediately I felt at ease with her. We settled on a 1.5hr shoot with hair and makeup for me. She was excellent with follow up email communication to make sure timing of hair and makeup, start of shoot, directions, etc were ready to go. LeeAnn came to our home to do a lifestyle shoot in hopes of capturing this ever changing season of our lives. Welcoming a baby into the family changes everything - your relationships, your body, your emotions, your mind, your house, everything. I wanted to remember this time and be sure to be in the frame myself. It's easy to avoid being in the lens when your body is so different now than before baby, especially when your birth didn't go as planned. LeeAnn was so sensitive to this but wonderfully encouraging and supportive. I felt even more comfortable with LeeAnn in person than I did on the phone. That felt so good to click and feel comfortable with her in my home. She took the time to show me all her printing options so I can feel and see them all in person - setting me up for informed buying decisions at our reveal later. I can't recommend LeeAnn highly enough! I've seen her work with some others I know through a local networking group and had been thinking about building a website for my sportswriting portfolio, as well as focusing my Instagram presence as more of a local city blog. So, when she offered a special on mini branding sessions, I jumped at the opportunity. She is such a pro, discussing my vision with me via email and phone in advance, having me create a Pinterest board of my ideas so she got a sense of my vibe, and having a last-minute phone call to make sure all the details were ironed out. Naturally, after a run of unseasonably warm days in February, the date of my shoot, all outdoors, came on the coldest day of the year. LeeAnn noticed on the morning of my shoot that the next day would be much warmer and offered to change it, but I had scheduled having my hair blown out and it was too late to cancel. LeeAnn was incredible through the freezing, windy conditions, bringing handwarmers for me, being so sweet and supportive throughout, and somehow capturing beautiful shots that look unaffected by the fact the wind was blowing my hair in my face the entire time (so much for that blowout) and I practically had tears in my eyes from the bitter cold. By the end of our shoot I felt like she was an old friend. She had my unedited gallery to me later the very same day for me to choose my favorites, an incredibly fast turnaround.
