When Molina took over the project, they fixed all problems. They also had a chance to do the other bathroom from scratch, where they were super efficient and clean. During the project, their communication was 100% where they explained our options when there were problems, proactively communicated their schedule and was very respectful to the house order (as we were also working from home during the project). We also had some design problems (unrelated to them) and they found effective solutions that ensured the project stayed on course. We are looking forward to working with them in the future. They are fast, honest, clean and professional. Thank you.

We were able to complete the job in reasonable time and within the budget that I set for the project. The bathroom remodel consists of installing a new custom bathtub along with a custom shower layout. We had a 2 sink vanity installed in a custom countertop material. We researched and interviewed a few companies and found Custom Home to be the best in both their experience and their advanced project management system. What was more impressive is their dedication to their clients. After the job was completed, Derek and team followed up with us and gave my family a 2-year extended warranty on all labor. The team made sure we were 100% satisfied with their work. I would strongly recommend this company to anyone.

Scott and his team renovated our 2 bathrooms and kitchen as well as put in new HVAC, flooring, windows and electrical. We really appreciated his expertise and knowledge across the trades as well as his team of subcontractors who were top notch and met our super high quality bar! It helps that Scott has a close knit crew he's worked with for many years that he trust and that made things so efficient. Scott was always available and accessible and kept the project on track. Even when there were delays or issues with materials out of our control, he managed to find creative ways to fix it and within budget. We built great rapport and trust in Scott and his team and that's what made an otherwise stressful process very manageable for us first time home renovators. We also went with Scott's Blackbird custom cabinets for our kitchen, bathroom and bedroom closets and we're absolutely in love. His team helped from design (including countertop fabrication) to installation and overall pricing was very reasonable. It was a complex design where all appliances are hidden and very and they executed flawlessly. We already have future projects lined up like an extension/adu and we will definitely be going with Trudel Construction again.

Everyone knows how much work it is to remodel a home. I know I dreaded the experience, especially…read moreafter hearing so many nightmare stories about projects gone wrong and conflicts with contractors. But remodeling, I have come to learn, is like marriage - it will take a lot of work, but who you work with will make all the difference. Working on our large remodeling project with Bridgford turned out to be one of the best decisions we have ever made. I couldn't have asked for a more perfect team even if I could have created them out of thin air. Every single person - Chris Bridgford, Alejandro, Stephanie Walker (hands down the best ever!!), Jr, and even the contractors Bridgford carefully vetted and worked with - was absolutely amazing. Their attentiveness, commitment to quality, and incredible patience made the entire process unbelievably smooth and easy to go through. Chris was a true perfectionist in the best way possible; he took pride in getting every detail - big or small - absolutely right and I couldn't have possibly asked for more. Stephanie was an angel sent from heaven - listening, guiding, and empathizing with me through ever step of the process and so warmly and gently walking me through a hundred thousand details. The way she thought through every small detail, it was as if she were imagining living in the home herself and helping me think about all the small but important things that I sure would have missed on my own. Every nook and crevice, from curvature of a door knob to lines and texture of the cabinet and everything in between, reminds me of just how much thought and care she put into this house and our home would not have been nowhere what it is without her help. Unlike some contractors who push their own ideas or leave you to figure things out, Bridgford genuinely listened. They welcomed all my thoughts and hopes without judgment and offered thoughtful guidance whenever I needed it. They were considerate about the costs, too, always finding ways to get what we wanted, but without ever compromising on quality. Our project took a little over two years, and not once did they fall short of my (very high) expectations or make me feel alone in the process. Even when the stress of remodeling got to me, the team's calmness was like an anchor. They never rushed, never got flustered, and somehow helped me become calm and feel under control again, too. I absolutely hate having anyone mess with my stuff, but with Bridgford, I always knew I could trust them - not just to do the job right, but to care about our home, truly and sincerely, as if it were their own. It's now been almost two and a half years since we moved back into our newly remodeled home and we still love it every single day. The craftsmanship, care, and beauty of the space are exactly what we dreamed of and I still marvel at all the work that went into making it what it is now. Remodeling is hard work, no denying it, but if I ever had to do it again, I wouldn't hesitate for even a second to work with Bridgford again. Words cannot express how much I appreciate them and the wonderful experience working with them. Thank you so much, Bridgford team!!

We didn't need such an extensive makeover so we were concerned that Chris wouldn't want to take our project. Luckily for us, we didn't have to worry about that--he not only took our project but prioritized us and expedited so that we could move in on time. We thought our house was in pretty good shape overall, but as we started fixing things, we found some funk that had to corrected or updated to code. Chris and his team took it all in stride and didn't mind that we kept adding on things here and there. He would come on site regularly to make sure his team was delivering what he promised and doing quality work. He would also check on the subcontractors' work to make sure we were happy. The best thing about Chris is his vision and good taste. He recommended some things that we hadn't thought of (that either cost the same/not much more) that turned out really great and made a huge difference. We are very happy and looking forward to our next project with him.
