I've NEVER had a pleasant experience with her....ever. And I have been a patient with this practice for 15 years! Because I don't have health insurance and due to circumstances at home, (I live with a partner that is abusive and have been working on an exit plan for several years), we made an agreement when Nexus took over for Dr. Patel, that I will do a drug screen every three months because of the exorbitant cost and because my abuser/former partner was paying the bill and I had to endure his anger every time I come in. On February 26th, of 2026, overnight, I had to flee my home and my abuser, and enter a Domestic Violence shelter in North Georgia. I literally left with the clothes on my back! I am also a self pay patient because I am unemployed because of my abuser. My last appointment was February 22nd and I took a drug screen and paid $325.00. Today is Thursday, April 23rd and I came in for my next appointment and before I even started to check in, I was asked for payment of $325.00. The shelter had provided me with a letter to prove I am a resident, enough gas to drive the 2.5 hours to get here, and provided me with the normal monthly payment of $150.00. I also had to get up at 4:30 am and leave by 5:30 am, to make the long drive down and be here by 8:00 am. Upon check-in, I quietly explained my situation because I was told I would be paying another $325.00 for this visit. (Completely against the agreement we have had for the last several years...again!), I asked if I could speak to the billing manager to explain my circumstances and show them the paperwork that the shelter provided. For the record, I have NEVER FAILED a drug screen. In 15 (fifteen) years, I have NEVER failed one! I also bring my medication in voluntarily, to be counted when I come in. They have never asked me to, but they make me feel so incredibly uncomfortable about it, I automatically bring it in, because I am fearful of being accused of something nefarious and want to be as open and honest as I possibly can. As a matter of fact, I am only given a 1 month supply and I break them in half some days to try and stretch them as far as they will go, in order to save money. So technically, I don't even take as much as prescribed. I am 100% in compliance! The last time I was here, I finally spoke to the NP about it and she told me not to worry, that she knew I was being extremely cautious and that I was doing everything right. She said she would speak to the front office staff about it and she would let them know that I was completely in compliance! I start a new job next week, and I will be working in a factory, which will be extremely stressful on my body. I will also be on a 90 day probationary period where I cannot miss a day, or I will receive a point on my record. I made the appointment for today, so that I can avoid being penalized, and so I could make sure I have enough medication to perform the job duties that will ultimately help me escape the abuse that I was living in. Again....I am doing everything possible to mitigate my circumstances but because NEXUS refuses to adhere to the agreement we made, I had to leave and was refused service. Hence the reason I have reached my limit and am writing this review. Ironically, after 90 days on the new job, I will have health insurance and won't have to deal with this. Not to mention, Nexus will actually make MORE MONEY because self pay patients are given a reduced rate. Furthermore, after stepping away to call my new job and the shelter to see if I could reschedule the appointment, I could hear them talking about me behind my back at the front desk. They were laughing and complaining about me and I heard EVERY WORD! For someone that just escaped domestic violence, these ladies retraumatized me today, wasted what little resources I had and will now cost me a point at my new job.

I fell in love with how easily Dr. Jain's website was to navigate. I felt that the most important part of this experience was 50% having the available information and 50% the surgeon being safe, welcoming, and to all in all, achieve my goals. The website gives you most of the information you need. Reviews, photos, information about Dr. Jain and his staff, as well as detailed descriptions of what everything is and the difference between things, such as, saline vs silicone implants and pros and cons of both. So, again, I had a baby recently so I just reached out to the schedule manager for information. She responded promptly. Vicky is amazing. She wants you to have all the information and she leaves no questions unanswered! I had to wait 6 months after having a baby to even have the surgery at all. So I waited my time and finally scheduled a consult. The person who scheduled me and who I spoke to at the front, Raven, was so sweet, warm, and welcoming. I got scheduled almost immediately! When I arrived, the clinic was clean, welcoming, and just relaxing. I felt vulnerable because i was coming to have my breast looked at and the entire staff made me feel at ease. During my consult, I was measured and the nurse told me what size range I could go based on my anatomy. This is important to me because i expected to have to go in and tell them what I wanted and that raises risks like going bigger than my skin would allow! Dr. Jain was extremely professional, polite, and personable. I received my quote and it was an ALL INCLUSIVE QUOTE. There was NO surgery price, future appointment additional costs, etc. the number i got was the number that stuck and I am still covered under to this day with all of my follow ups. Once I got my quote I met with the scheduling manager, Vicky. Vicky is the sweetest and most tenacious person I've ever met. I required a quick surgery because my husband was scheduled to be off of work the following week and that timeline would've worked best for me. So i called and Vicky did my pre surgery appt and everything scheduled and all taken care of that same day! Prior to the surgery, at the pre surgery appt, you receive prescriptions for the surgery. You get plenty of checklists, and details of everything you need to do to stay on track. I took everything i was supposed to take prior to my appointments. The day before I received my surgery time and had to be there around 7-8 am. When I arrived, Courtney was my nurse. You can tell she absolutely loves what she does. Of course, I'm nervous. I'm about to be put to sleep and cut open! She spoke to me like she knew me her entire life and i was just coming over to visit a friend. I had a room ready for me with socks and a cute little bag for my belongings. I was not rushed, everything felt like just going with the flow. I stayed with Courtney the entire time but the anesthesiologist came in and met with me and asked a bunch of safety questions. I walked myself to the OR and everything was quick but not rushed. I remember laying down and the anesthesiologist standing next to me and next thing i know I woke up with Courtney in recovery! Obviously my recovery is going to be different from others but I personally felt like the pain was managed extremely well and I didn't experience much pain. I felt sore, almost like how my breast felt while I was pregnant and getting my milk in. Take the medication you're prescribed! Don't lift when they tell you not to! Your implants will be high! Mine were too. I will say. My size bra changed a lot! After the surgery, i wore a strap to help them go down and settle. Once i was released to wear a sports bra, I had to wear a 38C because i was so swollen and sore. I am now a month post partum and a 34DD. I love them. Everything i had in mind happened. The best things I liked about my experience was: 1. I got what I wanted. That's the most important thing. 2. I recovered well. Easy! 3. Dr. Jain's experience and abilities are next to none. My incision line is so precise. It's very small and has allowed my scarring to be minimal. He also noticed things that I did not notice. One of my breast was larger than the other so he recommended one implant be slightly larger. My left was 520cc and my right is 485cc. Of course, that's scary right? Well he recommended it and i put my trust in him and he delivered. His work is incredible. I will not go anywhere else for any plastic surgery needs. 4. A doctor this good. Requires an excellent staff and that he has! 5. The OR is in the same office! It's a one stop shop. No need to worry about scheduling with another facility or anything crazy!

Dr. Berryman and his staff are not following protocols set by OHSA (Occupational Health and Safety Administration). Failure to wear gloves during the insertion of the IV and the removal of the IV, is a direct violation. I was with my husband and seen this happen two times. The nurse will enter the room and touch everything to take the bloodpressure, using the pen to write, and the tray table that is used for the insertion of the IV, then without washing her hands or wearing gloves, she will open all of the sterile supplies and place an IV. The last time, I questioned the nurse and the doctor about not wearing gloves, and was told that this is the way he does things. The room where my husband was carried for the back injections, no staff or doctor wore a medical mask. This is another violation. None of the staff in the room was wearing gloves. Then the x-ray tech who was in the room the whole time touching various things, took out my husband's IV without washing his hands or putting on gloves. These standards are set by OSHA to keep the patient, doctor and staff safe from any infections, primarily the IV site and potential bloodstream. These infections include Staph (staphylococcal infections), which is a serious bloodstream infection. The use of face masks are crucial during back injections to minimize the risk of infection for both the patient, doctor, and staff.

I love this! I feel like I have a sort of "home base" for my healthcare now. He's very kind and attentive which is really nice. If you're honest with him about your lifestyle and choices I truly believe he will get you where you need to be. I first saw him after 4 months of doctors treating chronic pain with steroid injections. A few doctors even thought I was drug seeking, despite my assurances that the narcotics I had been given did nothing for my nerve pain and sat barely touched in my medicine cabinet. One visit to Dr. Ellis ended with a referral for an MRI & he sent me to a orthopedic surgeon who scheduled me for surgery within 48 hours of my first visit. I was running a very real risk of permanent paralysis, yet previous doctors took one look at my tattoos and assumed I was seeking drugs. Joke is on them: I can't stand narcotics as they make me feel nauseated AND I ended up with who is by far my favorite primary care provider to date because of their preconceptions. I'd definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for a doctor that really cares to advocate for his patients' health.
