So I had my 2020 GMC taken to this dealership to help identify a parasitic draw on my batteries, after 2 days Mike Hernandez came back and told us that both batteries had dead cells and needed to be replaced before they could go any further, I believe the comment was hey its only $800 bucks. However I was not inclined to listen to Mike as I had replaced the stock GMC batteries with Odyssey Batteries which are less than 2 yrs old and about 28,000 miles. We pulled the truck from the dealership, pulled the batteries, had three different load-test done, the last one was done at Interstate battery and all three test showed that both batteries were good to go no dead cells. Best case, this is pure laziness on the techs part, worst case your shop is actively defrauding the general public that puts its trust in you. Neither is acceptable! read more

I brought my girlfriends 2018 Buick encore here for service because it was having boost issues, they ended up telling me the engine and turbo needed to be replaced which was covered under warranty but took almost 2 months before repairs where done. When I got the vehicle back there was smoke coming from the engine bay so we brought it back and were told it was an oil return tube for the turbo which they installed. Been waiting three months for a part they said was on backorder and a special order item with no eta. I started calling other dealerships to see if they had the part when I found out there was a kit with the part in it the whole time no one mentioned to me we could have gotten three months ago all because they didn't want to pay the extra money for the kit. Asked for the service manager five times throughout the whole time and never got a call back. Service dept. would tell me one thing then call me the next day and say they can't do it cause the warranty and if they did do it I'd have to pay for it. If there was a 0 stars option I would pick that never going here again and gonna turn everyone I know away from this place as well read more

I work out of town alot so most of the time I just go to whichever dealership is closest. Brought my 2019 2500 in for an oil change and tire rotation. Upon receiving my vehicle back, a couple days later I noticed that 3 of my studs were broken off of my front passenger side wheel (picture attached, 1 stud/lug was hanging on by a thread). I immediately contacted the dealership and informed them of what had happened. They took care of it and replaced all 3 studs and lug nuts. Awesome! A month or 2 later when it came time to get another oil change I was still in the area, so I returned for another oil change and tire rotation, everybody deserves a second change right? Dropped my truck off and got a ride back to my hotel. About an hour or 2 later I got a call from the dealership stating they had broken another stud on my front passenger side wheel (same side and placement as last time). I was told it was the first one they attempted to take off and then they stopped to call me. I told them not to attempt to take anymore studs off and to forget about the tire rotation. I was then told that all my studs were bad and needed to be replaced and they told me it would be roughly 2K (with a discount of labor for the inconvenience). Called the dealership I bought it from to verify that this would not be covered under warranty, they informed me studs and things of that nature were only covered if an extended warranty was purchased. So I get a ride up to the dealership to pick up my truck, and ask to speak to the service manager (who I will not name) and inform him that I personally take my wheels and tires off all the time to work on the truck and have never had an issue. Also that he needs to verify that his employees are properly trained to use a pneumatic torque wrench, because I believe they were not hand tightening before hitting my lug nuts with a torque wrench (rookie mistake). I was brushed off as if I didn't know what I was talking about, given my keys, and told I would not be charged for the tire rotation and they would not be replacing the stud that they broke. Once I got home, a month later, I personally checked all my studs, and even got a second opinion, and just as I suspected..there was NO issue with any of them. I had to come out of pocket $180 to pay for the replacement of my stud/lug nut for something that was damaged at this dealership. Next time I will make the hour + drive to another dealership before I return to this one. read more

Victory Buick is where I bought my brand new Buick at 3 years ago, and to this day I continue to use them for all my mechanical services and I've never had a problem with them! They're always so sweet, and always on time! Yesterday I went for my scheduled oil change and maintenance routine and of course everyone was kind and sweet, but there was this one worker I'm not too sure if he's a manager or not. Wyatt Mercer, I had a voucher for $150 worth of mechanical service but the catch was once you redeem it you could only use it once so I used it for my oil change, and I was made aware of what happens with the remaining balance and it sucked but I understood, I paid and then I left. Today, I received a call from Wyatt himself telling me how he wanted me to have the remaining $95, since I had earned it and asked me if I wanted to use my remaining balance for future oil changes! Of course I wasn't going to deny that so I agreed, and now I have 2 free future oil changes all thanks to Wyatt for going above and beyond to make it right for his customer! I couldn't thank him enough! Good job Victory Buick for excellence service as usual!! read more

Let me start by saying - I did not purchase a vehicle from this dealership, as we could not come to agreeable terms on the deal. This was not a new vehicle. Expect a clean and well-decorated dealership, easy to navigate parking lot, plenty of VIP customer parking. My biggest issue with this place is the customer service. This purchase was not a necessary one for me, and I live in Houston, so I made sure that I did my homework on the new(er) vehicle, my vehicle, lending requirements and what I could afford in a monthly payment. I called on Friday to make sure as much "pre-work" was done to see if it would even be worth my time to drive down. I called, gave my very specific requests to the representative, and was told I'd receive a call back. No word, called back and left a message for her 2 hours later, and another 2 hours after that. She'd gone MIA, and during my calls to find her I ended up transferred around from person to person, without any communication about being transferred. I ended up telling my story about 4 times. She finally called me back and said everything looked great and I should make plans to come down over the weekend, although she wouldn't be there and assured me she'd pass my info along. Once we sat down to work the numbers, their offer took NONE of my requests into account. I had been up front about the requirements for a reason and didn't want to make the drive. After a lot of back and forth and some offerings that didn't make sense (and I am a banker) my fiancé and I decided we should step away. We did talk to the Sales Manager at length about our dissatisfaction with how the situation was handled. My fiancé took a half day of overtime off work and we spent money on gas while adding 300 miles to our trade in. This was blamed on the original representative, while I hold the entire dealership accountable. The multiple, unexplained transfers, the "awesome" salesman we were passed on to that we were not impressed with and the lack of ownership by management of the situation was unacceptable. If customer service is of importance, then the dealership would hold the employees to a higher standard. Our time was not valued and my attempts to do my homework and avoid a drive for nothing resulted In just that. Nothing was ever actually done by the dealership regarding my original request, other than a quick credit pull and a brief conversation regarding the estimated value of my car, which wasn't close to what I told them I needed it to be. If they'd had thought that part through, they'd have been able to save me time by being upfront that they couldn't give me what they said they could. (My car was partly appraised over the phone by another dealership so why they couldn't have had a more accurate number for me over the phone is confusing.) Apologies for the long story! read more

My husband and I visited Victory Buick GMC on Saturday to see a blue 2018 Lexus NX300. We were told, before hauling butt up there from Corpus Christi, that "it is the best looking Lexus on the lot".  Nothing was mentioned to us about the vehicle being trashed. The inside looked pristine, however both wheels on the passenger side were completely road rashed with actual chunks taken out of the rear right rim. Every panel had scratches, dings or dents. NOW my credit has been ran for a vehicle I do not wish to purchase, along with our time completely wasted. I don't appreciate Victory putting a vehicle on the lot in that condition for sale. The sales manager stated "Subaru people (me) are particular about their vehicles". I believe NO ONE wants a vehicle in that condition. He did offer to fix it, but that should have been done before it ever hit the lot. I believe we will take our business elsewhere. read more

Usually have a good service experience but today was all around not satisfied. Was promised between an hour to hour and a half on service (regular oil change and inspection), and ended up being there two and a half hours and that is because I had to check on my own vehicle. When ready to pay the credit card machine didn't work. I had to go to a local ATM to pull out money waisting more of my time. Finally after all paper work is handed over and I'm expecting a common customer satisfaction sheet, none were given. I wonder why? Will never return. read more

The guy that gave me a ride to work while they worked on my car due to a recall was nice. But that is about the only thing I enjoyed about this experience. I drove it off the lot and my low tire light came on. I pulled it into a nearby tire shop and there was a nail in my tire. The service department does not answer the phone after 4pm, even they advertise they are open until 6pm. They also screwed me on parts I did not need, and said my oil filter needed changed. I had that changed six months ago. Very swarthy dealership. read more

I came in with an issue of my truck not starting. It was a fuel issue. They came up with the fuel filter housing was bad and took two days to fix. It also took 2 hours when the truck had got there to decide if they could work on it.Once they decide they would they primed the fuel filter cranked the truck then decided that the fuel was low, the gauge doesn't work I go by gallons used. But once i got the truck back it happened again and I had to prime the fuel filter and it cranked it seems like it is a check valve letting the fuel return back to the tank so too me it is $610.00 dollars wasted. We bought our first family car from Victory about 5 years ago and they were great! Great sales man, great customer service. Traded in the family car for something smaller just a few months ago and they've obviously changed some management around and I've had nothing but BAD customer service. The woman in charge of the license plates is NEVER there and nobody else will tell you over the phone if your plates have arrived or not. I've called numerous times at various parts of the day and never get an answer. I won't be going back for another car from them. They need to get their act together. read more

The service was timely without a long wait. Facilities are clean. However, I have been to other dealerships for my oil change and tire rotation that have provided 5 star service. My only complaint is that they did not go the extra mile and wash off all of the hundreds of bugs on my windshield, as I drive from out of town to get there, or vacuum the floor mats. I know this is not part of the service requested, but other dealers have made it part of their service and I was pleasantly surprised at their attention to my vehicle. Again, the service was timely, without a long wait, and I'm thankful for that. However, I would have waited 10 more minutes for a clean windshield and floor mats. Also, I was informed that I had a nail in the sidewall of my tire that they could replace for $215. I declined due to the price. I wasn't told if the tires were rotated or left in the same positions they were. Now I'm not sure which tire has the nail. read more
