The Suburban was in a wreck and totaled with 170,000 plus miles on it and we still trusted it to take us to Oklahoma and back every couple of months. You can trust these folks for a good deal and reliable vehicles.

Why are yall searching cars that are brought in for repair. When are you looking in my back seat in the first place without my permission. Where you looking for something to seal. Because my motor is not in the back seat. I'm a single mother of 3 kids I did nothing wrong but use my last to purchase a car that I needed due to another dealer here in Victoria selling me a lemon..I work hard and I'm a good person and have never been ugly to him or the staff and I feel like I'm being railroaded for just purchasing a car that was obviously not completely reliable as they said it was. No check engine light came on to let me know the eng was failing or anything. This is just down right horrible customer service by the owner and I'm am in tears because they won't give me my keys so I can have someone else see if they can repair it. I'm heart broken that I even have to write this I thought they were good ppl but I guess I was completely wrong. I didn't know she was leasing a vehicle when she had signed papers to buy it. Then the is car was a complete lemon. Had to have the breaks replaced within 2 days. The transmission started shifting really rough from 2nd to 3rd and then the front struts went out in the driver side in 2 weeks of having the vehicle. I should've done my homework because now that all this has happened there's more that have come forward with a horror story of this place. Donny and Kathy are complete trash and Jose that works there is a complete liar.

We made a payment arrangement in August as we had some personal things going on, and the office gal gladly moved our payment for us with no issues. This was our only payment arrangement we ever made. 2 days before payment arrangement was due, they repossessed our truck. The office had no idea why our truck was taken, the manager Josh had no idea, everyone told us we would have to speak to owner. I brought my girlfriends 2018 Buick encore here for service because it was having boost issues,…read morethey ended up telling me the engine and turbo needed to be replaced which was covered under warranty but took almost 2 months before repairs where done. When I got the vehicle back there was smoke coming from the engine bay so we brought it back and were told it was an oil return tube for the turbo which they installed. Been waiting three months for a part they said was on backorder and a special order item with no eta. I started calling other dealerships to see if they had the part when I found out there was a kit with the part in it the whole time no one mentioned to me we could have gotten three months ago all because they didn't want to pay the extra money for the kit. Asked for the service manager five times throughout the whole time and never got a call back. Service dept. would tell me one thing then call me the next day and say they can't do it cause the warranty and if they did do it I'd have to pay for it. If there was a 0 stars option I would pick that never going here again and gonna turn everyone I know away from this place as well

So I had my 2020 GMC taken to this dealership to help identify a parasitic draw on my batteries,…read moreafter 2 days Mike Hernandez came back and told us that both batteries had dead cells and needed to be replaced before they could go any further, I believe the comment was hey its only $800 bucks. However I was not inclined to listen to Mike as I had replaced the stock GMC batteries with Odyssey Batteries which are less than 2 yrs old and about 28,000 miles. We pulled the truck from the dealership, pulled the batteries, had three different load-test done, the last one was done at Interstate battery and all three test showed that both batteries were good to go no dead cells. Best case, this is pure laziness on the techs part, worst case your shop is actively defrauding the general public that puts its trust in you. Neither is acceptable!
