I had an email exchange with someone from this business and was further disrespected. In the store I was told that we do not do this sort of thing here when I requestsd a bra fitting as a trans woman. I was further told to tell others like me this. When we interacted there were multiple opportunities to deny service that didn't include blatant transphobia, but this is the approach that was chosen. I went on to email the owner about this Awful service s I received. My concerns were dismissed. I was gas lit regarding them not providing the service. Their website clearly states that they do measurements for bra fitting. The attendant was willing to assist me until she asked that I was trans. The email also stated that they had other customers they were focused on. Their tone was incredibly dismissive of my concerns. If they were busy maybe there would be grounds for this. Unfortunately for their narrative there were two customers in the store counting me. If you are a trans woman if an ally, please avoid these people. They are wildly unprofessional. And frankly transphobic. Nothing about my interaction was pleasant. Tldr I was denied service based on being trans. They are incredibly rude the entire time I've tried to reconcile this. Avoid them.

I am rather hard to fit, with small band around, but large cups (30G), so, I was happy to find somewhere kind of close (I live in STL south city) where I could find bras and swimwear that fit. They have what I need, but, I hate spending any money here (4th visit) because their customer service is SO bad, but, to my knowledge, they are the only specialty "size" shop in town......until 2 months ago (more on this later). So, I have been buying 2-3 bras each visit, at an average price of $65 each, and feeling mad about it when I left. arrggghhhh. I also bought a swimsuit by SUNSETS, which was adorable, buying separate bra sizes for bikini top---I found the same suit on-line this year, which I would recommend by all costs. Both locations are similar. They both have cheap, uncomfortable dressing rooms, and store is outdated & cheesy - indoor/outdoor carpet with lattice on walls. ugh. They do have huge inventory. So, this is my recommendation: get fitted for your correct & current size, try on several different bras, take pics of bra label or tag with your Iphone, and buy them online or anywhere else - Ebay had a few of specialty brands in wide range of sizes for half to third of prices. Another tip: new shop in Webster Grove called Sugar Magnolia. This shop is A.DOR.A.BLE. and the owner & employee are wonderful. This shop is lingerie, not just bras. She has variation of sizes (I bought one, and ordered a strapless), nighties, panties, bra & panty sets, unique tights, locally made soaps, & fragrances. They pulled up a box and rang it up for 110.00 plus tax. I opened it the next day and sprayed a small amount and knew immediately this isn't what I have been wearing for over 20 years. It had a rotten smell to it. It is so nasty, I don't know what to do as I can't wear this cologne. I've wasted all this money. It's depressing! Also, the same day, I went to the Calvin Klein underwear section and every pair of underwear was 40% off. Actually they had raised the price and then put the 40% off. Anyway I found a box my size and took it to pay for it and the man told me those aren't on sale just selected styles. I told him all CK's are on sale and he went over and started looking around like he's confused doing drama at the underwear rack. He stated "he would override and give it to me for sale price." What a joke. The last three time I have been in that store, I was the only customer in the place. Something needs to change period.
