They have some of the cutest bra's But my recent visit was not the best. I went to get fitted for a bra and they only had one lady that was working in the fitting area . It was weekday so I thought it might be a good time to go . For some reason it was really busy and the lady that was bringing the bras back to the dressing room kept saying I will be back in a minute. I waited almost 10 minutes she still had not made it back I decided to leave . My suggestion is if you know your bra size Then you can get your own bras to try on . Personally I will not go back and purchase a bra from them . When customers feel we are just a number it's time to try another place to give your business. read more

I was at the Pink (sister store to Victoria's Secret) at the woodlands mall. I had my daughter with me purchasing some Panties. I went to check out and I guess I went to the wrong side of the line (it wasn't busy at all I was the only one checking out) and the cashier yells at me to move to the other side. I'm not sure why it mattered I was the only person In line. I proceed to the other side and she doesn't even speak or say a word through the whole check out process. Then she snatches my cash out of my hand when I was handing it to her. Extremely rude unprofessional and this is the exact reason why ur going out of business. I will never be back. My cousin and mom stopped by here during the Semi-Annual Sale to check out bras and panties. My cousin hasn't gotten fitted since 7th grade (she's in 10th now) and we wanted her to get something that would fit and make her feel good. The store itself is impecable. There's a ton of staff organizing the bras and making sure everything is orderly. They're very friendly and greeted us when we entered as well as asked us if we wanted help. BUT. Do not take the advice of the sales people when it comes to sizing. Holy Moley. We went to the changing room where a woman measured my cousin and told her she was a 32DD. I found this weird because I myself am a 32D and my cousin's breasts are nowhere near my size. However, she was the expert so we decided to take her advice. We left the changing room, rifled through the bins of discount bras, and waited on the long line for another changing room. Finally, after 15 minutes my cousin tried on all the bras and they fit her so awkwardly that we decided there must be a flaw in the sizing. Another woman who had finished fitting my mom fitted my cousin and so we all left the changing room again to try the new sizes suggested (32D and 32DDD). These sizes were not any better. Both the bras we got for my mom and the bras we got for my cousin fitted them horribly. So ugly. Eventually, I took matters into my own hands, checked out the cup and band and picked out some 34Cs for my cousin which fit her perfectly. My mom just grabbed some bras in the same size she came in with 32D. My advice is not to come here in search of accurate sizing. You'll leave with bras that fit terribly. And DON'T let the staff lead you to believe you need to "break in a bra" for it to fit properly. Bras are NOT jeans ladies, they should fit beautifully from day 1. This probably wouldn't have been such a problem if the fitting room lines were actually short but we ended up going back and forth like 3 times and waiting on line approx. 15 mins each time! Victoria Secret has been my go to place for intimate under garments, sexy little nighties, cozy flannel pj's and some swimwear. I really like how you can match almost any style bra with coordinating panties. They have a large selection of basic colors to all kinds of prints. My fave panties are their cheekies. Cheekies are absolutely sexy. They're lower cut up front and higher cut on your cheeks so as not to leave panty lines. Much sexier than a bikini style IMO. They usually carry several styles though to match each bra. They also have a new style out called Cheekini which is a cross between a bikini cut and a cheeky. They're okay but not as sexy IMO. Their panties run true to size except for their thongs in which case you'll need to go up one size. They have all style bra's designed to fit under all the unique style tops. Many bra's are convertible 3-5 ways and strapless. I've found a couple styles of their strapless bras to fit awesome - very supportive and they stay in place. Now for the Holiday Season they have their largest selection of Sexy and Glitzy bras, panties and nighties. It's like intimate party wear - sexy and classy. You definitely need to check these out. I even like their flannel PJ's. Number 1 reason to buy their flannel PJ's is that they fit slightly below the waistline. No Grandma style pants that go up to your ribcage here. Plus many of the styles come in regular, short and long lenghts. If you enroll in the VS program you usually get a coupon every month or so for free panties plus other incentives not to mention several catalogs a month it seems. This store is very organized except sometimes the front panty section can get messy in the evening. The staff are very helpful and walk around with walkie talkie looking cell phones to ask questions about inventory or to ask associates in other sections if they have an item you're looking for. Me and my best friend walked to the fitting rooms with no bras in hands because we both really needed remeasured ! Dahlia helped us in the fitting room with the right bra and fit and measured us and I think Anne was her name but that might be incorrect was our stylist she showed us different styles and colors then what we had tried on also! We appreciated all the help and we're on the fence on which ones to purchase but eventually each bought our favorites thank you so much for all of your help and patience !! Great location within Woodlands Mall..with easy access being located right inside from outdoor promenade area... Colorful inventory, friendly staff (first time I've ever to state there's too many staff... And out of that, 1 was extraordinarily knowledgeable). Victoria Secret steering away from loungewear, sleepwear and beautiful lingerie side of goods... Sigh. While I was first in line and again, this is another store with ample employees but 1 at register .. When I was done with my purchase...There were a line of customers waiting to pay. I sincerely don't get why 10 (ok 6) employees are needed to straighten inventory and do what appears to be unnecessary busy-work when there's customers waiting in line for assistance (the folks in line are the bread and butter of business and they're left waiting? I already can't stand The Woodlands Mall... VS here doesn't help my opinion. The selection if any is horrible. The line to buy stuff is always ridiculous and disorganized. The employees don't even know what's on sale. The store has a couple of entrances yet it's still difficult going in and going out because their displays are right there blocking everything. Add in a person who just stands there starring off into space (or talking on their cell phone) and you have one annoying situation. Move out of the way people. Have some common courtesy. Get your head out of your arse. Yes.... my patience runs very thin and I get easily annoyed with people. And I'm not apologizing for it because I... unlike others... am VERY aware of my surroundings. I don't hate Victoria or her Secret. Her stuff is okay (it used to be A LOT better). I like certain things from here so I go. I made the mistake of going with Valentine's Day coming up. Victoria's Secret stores were already pink. During Valentine's, it's even more pink.... and a whole lot busier. Sigh. I like Victoria Secret lingerie... when I buy it myself. I am VERY picky. I was at VS today and about to exchange some panties that I brought from online. The cashier that helped me was awful. I told her that I wanted to exchange before handed things to her. But she messed them up, she returned all of items instead of did the exchange. She said all my money will go back to my account that mean I don't lose anything, but I went to their store was exchanging, not returning. Even I got mad and ask if she can do anything to stop that and do something so I could get what I wanted as same price. But she was weird and had a bad attitude. First of all. I worked here for the Christmas season and it was BY FAR the worst place ive ever worked. First off the managers truly do not care about customers. All they care about is making sales. If the managers aren't reaching their sales they will take sales from the sales associates to boost their own. WWe don't get commission but I'm pretty sure they do. Another thing. If we don't sell enough angel Cards we get pulled into the back office and scolded. If you complain to a manager about another manager being rude. They go laugh about it and don't do anything to fix it. The product is good I love the bras but I really don't like giving money to a company that treats customers and employees Lloyd they are trash. Wow! The customer service has seriously declined. I remember when you couldn't even walk 10 feet without a salesperson asking you if you needed anything - always helpful with a smile on her face. I couldn't even tell who worked there as they were all dressed in black hoodies and black pants or track pants (and not even the cute kind). I could only tell they worked there since they were stocking drawers and chatting. I walked past 3 sales girls and not a single one asked me if I needed help (which I did). When I asked where certain panties were, one girl said "over there" and vaguely pointed 20 feet away. I had to ask her to walk me over as I wasn't sure where she was pointing. she went back to stocking a drawer. Not good VS at the mall! I love Victoria's Secret brand, however the employees in Victoria's Secret were very weird and rude. My friend and I were shopping for makeup bags and a man that worked there came up to us and said "hi", my friend said "we're good thank you" (in a nice way), and he replied "I didn't ask if you were good, I said hi." Which I thought was very rude. (I personally work a retail job, and would probably be fired if I did that.) a girl came over and asked us if we needed help, and she showed us some of the makeup bags and told us about the sales going on. We were nice to her and listened to everything she had to say and then said thank you, and she just like stood there on top of us while we were shopping. (Which I didn't like, if I need help I appreciate it, but then I would like to be left alone to shop) then I went to then fitting room to try something on and they were rude to me over there as well. When I went to checkout the man that checked me out was really creepy, and kinda just stared at me the whole time and was really weird. Like I said I love the brand, but not the employees.
