Which it was half wrong. When I went other Victoria secret store and on clearance item I got the free panty. This passed Black Friday 2022 there weren't too many sales happening this year however I was in this mall with family members. My niece told me about the sale they were having at Pink. I needed a few things. The mall itself was busy especially since Thanksgiving Day places were closed. During my shopping in Pink I needed help with a few of the items I was looking at I sought help from a very sweet young lady in the dressing room area at the time. She was very pleasant, helpful to my niece and I even though she had her area to manage. She offered me suggestions and possible other ideas. To my surprise her suggestions were on point. It was such a great sale on the items I wanted I also want to give a shout out to Kayla in PINK for all her help; kudos to her for her assistance. Employees like her is what is needed there. Both cashiers I had was helpful as well the one who started to help me told me the lipglosses were on sale. Due to the great encounters I had I would have love to given a 5 stars but sometimes others can cause a lower score. One of the female employee who I asked where I would find the Bombshell collection was very reluctant to help as if she was being bothered but I did see her encounter with another talkative and smiling. Be very careful how you treat your customers you never know if it's the owner of your job or someone hired to see how customers are treated in their place of business. I wish I could give it a 0, they're unprofessional. went to return something and I got in line then a lady got there after me to also make a return, went straight to cashier skipping the line and the cashier took her. when I saw this I also decided to go to the cashier because I assumed they just take returns differently. When she finished making the return for the other lady she said she couldn't take me and that I needed to get back in line when she had just made a return for someone who had just gotten there. read more

Horrible customer service here!!! I'm standing in line now with about 6 people ahead of me and about 10 behind me with 2 cashiers working. They've both been with the same customers for 10 minutes now, ridiculous! Mind you there's plenty of workers just standing around talking to each other. So disappointing - they had one girl ringing at the cash register, meanwhile the line was at least ten people long and I spent more time in line than actually shopping in the store. I almost lost my cool and left completely. There was a manager (I believe) that was at the front doing something else- he saw that the line was growing and didn't seem to call for back up. There were quite a few girls in the store that could've helped provide temporary relief. Finally somebody came up from the front and the line started moving. But the original cashier seemed to be messing around not taking her job serious at all. I get that this is retail, and you work in the mall but I also am spending my money at this store and would appreciate you to be semi professional. I worked in retail for a lot of years - and coming to this store reminded me why I shop online only. read more

I'd been to VS before to buy panties. The first time I was in the store to try out their bras was at this location. Most of the store associates had poor communication. A girl told me to go certain direction and there would be another associate there to help me, because she already informed her, and second time was a him. However, when I walked to the other store associates, they both had no idea what I was there for. The register line was long, but one of the cashiers was slow, and I didn't know what she was halting the line for, but she just stood there while the 2 customers in front of her, go shopping for more items and meanwhile she wasn't planning on bringing up another customer. When it was right before my turn to pay, there were only 2 cashiers left at the desk. One was a cashier who was slow, and the other was one who let the last customer stand there in line while she worried about punching out from work. Just me one person, and she couldn't help me quickly while her colleague was taking forever chatting with another customer? How long was she planning to take with me?! I opened the Angel's Credit Card, and asked which website I needed to go to pay for my credit card balance, the cashier said "It's in there (the booklet)" and then said that he didn't know, because he paid his in the store. That was unprofessional. If he didn't know, he couldn't find out the answer, and get back to me? People don't always have the time to go pay for their bills in person, AND there's no link in the booklet which says where people can pay their Angel's credit card bills. The second and third time when I was there to exchange my bra sizes and fits, none of those store associates from previous visit were there, and the ones who helped me, were helpful. One helped me get even exchange because the bras that I bought a few days ago, had different pricing and won't even out with the bras that I bought that day due to a promo. read more

The worst customer service of any Victoria's Secret or Pink that I've been to. Most of the workers seem to hate their jobs and the cashier was rude. They literally had a sign stating a deal in front of their store and the cashier knew nothing about it. She seemed so annoyed the entire time she was ringing up and tried to tell me the wrong thing so that I couldn't get the offer explicitly stated in plain text on their sign, coupon, and email. I had to argue for it and wait while she asked around in disbelief and fumbled around like a headless chicken and lo and behold the coupon worked but she was annoyed and had a bad attitude and really made me feel uncomfortable about something her store was explicitly offering today like I was a lying about it or something. I have spent a lot of money at Victoria's Secret and Pink for so many years, have been nothing but a loyal customer but I feel like they have gone so downhill that I don't want to shop there anymore and they make me feel so uncomfortable They treat their customers like shit. read more

If I could give this branch/store at Menlo Mall no stars or maybe half a star, that's all I would give it. Customer service does not exist at this store. If you need something, they should pay you the commission on sales because no one acknowledges your existence. All attitude like you owe them the world and you're inconveniencing them to have to lift a finger. God forbid if you should have to do a return, I thought the girl at the register was going to burn the receipt with her exorcist eyes or throw the receipt back at my face! Disgusting. VS operations and customer service management needs to get in there and clean house of all the wretched, miserable team members in that store. Do not go there. Out of control......long line with only 2 cashiers.....people are leaving the line because the wait is so long I don't know if there under staffed or what but it was ridiculous. I don't know why when they see such a long line they can't have more people at the register. read more
