Variety plate ( don't mind the excitement of my friend)

Stopped here on our way to Houston. If you are missing your homemade Mexican food, this is the place to go. They have breakfast all day which is a plus. The service is good. All servers are using their mask give another plus for that ! Also they are maintaining social distancing with other people/ tables. We were a party of 5 and the food was prepared within an appropriate time (10-15 min give or take) flavor is good and the salsa !!! OMG not sure which one it was but it was SPICY!!! But good. The waitress was attentive and made sure to give us our space but also keep an eye on when we needed refills. The manager was friendly and attentive as well. Note: Hand sanitizer provided at the entrance.

Get off 59 now! Great breakfast, Mexican food, and burgers. We came here starving, and left full. Everything is good! We had breakfast at noon on a Sunday. Omelette perfectly delicious. Megas Mexicans was delicious. HOMEMADE FRESH TORTILLAS - better than fresh off HEB's tortilla machine! Clean and organized. Fast and friendly attentive service.

This was a nice Tex-Mex gem we stopped at on our way back from Corpus. We had queso at the beginning of the meal with chips. I liked the hot sauce. Don't miss out on the green sauce found in a squeeze bottle..it really adds to the flavor. I had #11 combo meal and hubby had mixed fajitas. The enchiladas had great flavor and the meat was good quality. The food came out super fast. I recommend!

Specials of the day!

I had the Chilli Releno!!! Freaking awesome truly authentic taste. Highly recommended!!! They got breakfast as well and have daily specials!!! Sorry I didn't take a picture of my meal before devouring it!!! Definitely a return visit is in the future!!! Ok I'm addicted, second day back!!! Just had to try another dish!!! Once again Victoria's Cafe knocked it out of the park. Truly a home run to the stomach!!! I had the special of the day!!! It was fajitas tarascas, "Absolutely Delicious". Certainly left with a smile!!!

Fast service, clean, friendly waitress. The food is beautiful and very tasty. Couldn't be happier. My margarita is perfect as well!

The food is beautiful and so tasty! My margarita is perfect! This place is authentic Tex/Mex. Very clean. Our waitress was so sweet. Couldn't be happier.

Menu- Delicious Tex-Mex

Saw reviews on Yelp & wanted to give a try while traveling. Very glad we did, Victoria's Cafe is delicious, seasoned well & cooked perfectly. We shared a Menudo & a #4 mixed meats Parrillada (grilled to perfection). The wait staff was friendly & prompt. It was a Sunday brunch & the atmosphere (music) was perfect. Overall 5 stars & we will be returning when passing through again!!

Good service. Fast. Everything was delicious. This is south Texas Mexican food 101. The hot sauce and chips are homemade as well as the rice and beans. Noting out of a can here. Clean place and nothing out of the ordinary. With that being said I gave it the 3 stars is rightly deserves. The prices are on the high side for texmex. No combination plates should be in the $10 range. Not in this part of the state. The plate I had was three items and rice and beans, a $7 plate most anywhere around. Mostly cheese and bean filled items. In this area this quality and type of food is abundant. Enjoy

I love this place. The food came out so fast that I was amazed. Very well prepared, nice portion, and fantastic flavor. The prices were more than reasonable, it was an absolute bargain. Next time I come through I will definitely hit it again.

The food is ok. Not a place I would go regularly. The feel inside is quite old. Definitely better places in Victoria.

Hubby ordered scrambled eggs, bacon and 1 hot cake. Warning, they are large. He also enjoyed a cappuccino. Cute restaurant with exceptional customer service. I found this spot on Yelp and was super pleased with the service, the selection, the strong WiFi, the decor, and the overall vibes here that was super welcoming. Parking was easy off the street and there was plenty of other storefronts to wander & window shop as I made my way to Tillie's. This whole area is great so anywhere you park is going to be close. For my coffee I really enjoyed the iced Golden Ticket coffee I got that included a caramel and a hazelnut flavor with a nice house made cream added to the top. It was so tasty! For food it was hard to choose. Everything from "brekkie", or breakfast, to lunch looked so good as listed on their menu. I ended up with one of their "Handhelds" of the Besto Pesto that included sliced turkey, homemade pesto (nut-free too!), mayo, and some delicious house made pickles. This sando came with a side of house made chips as well and was the portion for my lunch. Since I was driving back to Austin (an hour+ away) I decided to get through all of what was on my plate and not take any leftovers home but I could've!!! I really loved their decor and the long large and beautiful wooden community table they had near the back of the cafe. I saw a whole group of women (more than 6 of them!) gathered around, chatting, and having tea. I assumed they were locals because like them, I would be hanging out here all day with my laptop and/or friends all day if I could. Highly recommend coming in and checking out what you can find to have while here. From coffees, breakfast, lunch, and even refreshing tasty sparkling drinks you will find something you want to have and probably keep coming back for in the future. When I am in the area again, this will definitely be part of my plans in stopping into and eating at again.

From the moment I sat down, I could tell this place was something special. Their queso was the first thing to hit the table, and let me just say--it's the best I've had in Victoria. Rich, creamy, and full of flavor, it set the tone for what would be a standout meal. I ordered two ceviche tostadas: one with a beautiful purple octopus ceviche and the other with a mixto of shrimp, fish, and octopus. Both were excellent. The octopus was tender and flavorful, with a clean, fresh taste and just the right amount of acidity. The mixto ceviche was equally impressive--bright, well-balanced, and loaded with fresh seafood. Every bite reflected quality and care. The atmosphere was relaxed and inviting, and despite it being their very first day, the staff was friendly and attentive. It's rare to see a restaurant come out of the gate this strong. Campomar brings something truly special to Victoria--authentic Mexican seafood, beautifully prepared, in a welcoming space. I feel lucky to have stumbled in on day one, and I'll definitely be back.
