Smoked Burrow Wings
Debra M.

A new place to me, so I ordered Smoked wings in a sweet and spicy sauce that were absolutely delicious. They were meaty, wonderfully smoky, and that sauce was exactly what I'd hoped for. Sweet with heat cannot be beat. Speaking of beat, lol, I also had the misleadingly named Beet and Goat Cheese Salad with a delicious vinaigrette dressing, arugula, candied walnuts, diced apple, a good amount of goat cheese, but a paucity of BEETS. Why? Call it an apple salad, there were far more apples than beets. That's my *only complaint as a beet lover, give me more beets. I had blackened shrimp on mine and the shrimp were a little overcooked, making them a bit chewy. Arugula is already a chewy green, so I'd skip the shrimp. Can I just order extra beets? :D

This is, hands-down, the best place to have a kids' birthday. It's on the more expensive end, but it's fun for the whole family. Kids are completely entertained from start to finish. The food and service is great. And parents have a chance to relax or join in the fun! Thanks Burrow for a great birthday

Great place to bring your kiddo to host a birthday party or even go with a group of adult friends for axe throwing. Tons of arcade games, mini golf, axe throwing and a bar! I liked that there were games for all ages. I'd say this place is best for 3 years old and up. They also had adult entertainment which was nice. My only complaint was the service. We went on a Sunday recently & they only had one staff manning the front desk area & the prize section so you had to wait for him often. The food was also EXTREMELY slow. It was not busy & it took over 30 minutes to get our Mac n cheese, pretzel and chicken strips. The food was just OK, nothing to rave about.

The western burbs burger scene has another contender. Victoria Burrow has launched a new burger menu. Check out the Nacho and Truffle that my wife and I shared. Also, got to try a few different sides. Fries, scoops/dippers, and cole slaw. All were good. I was leaning the most towards the dippers. My wife really liked the dippers because of their ability to scoop sauces more effectively. I dug em because there was more potato flavor and no coating. If they're not on your radar, put em on. Looks like they're closed Mondays (thanks Covid) and they open at 4 on weekdays (except weekends open at 11). Right on the corner of 5 and Cty 11. Tap selection was also on point. I went with Modist "False Pattern", but there had to have been more than 20 to pick from and a full bar too! Check em out.

This place has everything: mini golf, axe throwing, hammer schlagen, corn hole, giant jenga, giant tic-tac-toe, food truck style options, and bar. Perfect place to come in the winter to do an activity. We came here as a family and had a blast doing a variety of things for the afternoon. The food and drinks we delicious too. If you are 21+ I recommend the moonshine. The wings we delicious too! Perfect family-friendly place to come and escape the cold!

Fun! We were invited to an event and it was so fun. There are stations for axes, lots of food and all sorts of games. It was an enjoyable and energetic afternoon.

Went here with three friends. We got the food and played mini golf, bags, and arcade stuff. The food was actually better than I expected. The wings and tots were good. The BBQ was okay. The mini golf is not super great but I love mini golf so I enjoyed myself. The bags area is a bit cramped so it was hard to do it - especially when there were two groups playing side by side. The arcade was also okay. I love big buck hunter but wish they had a few more options and classics. Ultimately, this place is a good option to get out and do some fun stuff during winter but nothing is amazing.

I LOVE this place. I went here for a company Christmas party, so we had the p,lace to ourselves. The food, music, staff and games are five stars. My favorite bartender was DEREK. Thanks to all the staff that made it a successful night and I really enjoyed the personalized drink menu you created for the event.

Fun atmosphere to be in. So much to do. Arcade games, Axe Trowing, Mini Golf, food and drinks. Tried pizza and nachos. Both pretty good. Drinks are yummy. Service is sometimes a little slower when I've gone (probably cause I go at night), my own fault probably.

Axe throwing, interactive targets.

This is a fantastic place for a family outing. Great drink specials, good food options; but the best part was the axe throwing! The staff are excellent at helping even the beginner axe thrower and provide individual instruction. The 18 hole indoor mini golf course was another family favorite. Video games, air hockey, bubble hockey, and an assortment of play-for-free games complete the experience. Highly recommend this as a family-friendly destination stop. Located in downtown Victoria, it is surrounded by small-town shops and eateries if you're looking to explore even more places in this small quaint little town locate just outside of the Twin Cities.

Fun concept, needs some work though. Mini golf is fun, but needs some barriers at the greens because frequently balls rolled right off the playing field. Axe throwing looks cool but $25/ 30 minutes is a bit extreme. Wasn't willing to shell that out. I did enjoy the arcade games, especially the virtual bowling, but they could do with another dozen games as they were fairly limited. The food stalls were where I think they really need to up their game. Every single one (there are three) had at least two menu items they were sold out of. When you're only offering a dozen selections, make sure you're ordering properly. The barbacoa tacos were aight, but too much creama & not enough onion for my liking. The BF had the Cuban, which he did enjoy, but only got the sandwich without any sides for $12. Pretty steep. I like the idea, but there needs to be some fixes.

Super fun space for the whole family to enjoy. We had a great time axe throwing, playing some arcade games, and enjoying food and trucks. When as a family of 7 adults and there was simply not enough time to play all the games we wanted to! Good and drinks were better then expected for an entertainment space. There didn't seem to be much staff available to provide service or greet you in the space. But the staff we did interact with were fun and kind!

Hog fries and Buffalo wings.

Went for a friends bday. The environment is great, very family friendly. Your kids could entertain themselves for hours. A bit expensive, but the quality of food was high. The chicken wings and pork were high quality meats and if you like salty foods they're great. They have their own rub for the wings which I enjoyed. Would go again.

They did have HH going on as well. I ordered a personal pizza (cheese, added jalapeños & banana peppers), side house salad and the cookie skillet. Everything was good. Service was a bit slow. My also ordered a salad and the came at different times but later realized it's because it was the side to her hoagie. We also didn't have/get silverware until her salad came out. Also there was an issue with the cookie skillet that the waitress tried to explain while we were in the middle of a bingo game. I know the bingo is "hosted" but if the same company host it every time it's very slow.. breaks between every number called. Also the rules/prize system is different. There's street parking & a smaller lot in the back. Can be busy as it's shared.

Ok. $8.50 for almost no alcohol in this tiny mug is kinda wild. Also, this is a Happy Hour price. Oof! Also, they need to fix the locks in the restroom. Three stalls: not only did the lock on the handicapped stall leave a solid 2 inches open, the child in the stall next to me had to have her mother hold the door closed (and she could look right at me while I was peeing). This is something that could be easily fixed.

See personalities of a Bar staff at work. All interactive bartenders, a favorite. Mostly witness the opposite when in big venues. The small thriving town has it-Love it. So by taking a chance, and doing something different, had one of the best experiences in years with this little small venue. Don't judge, and you receive the unexpected. I was kind of surprised that no one was there on a Saturday afternoon! Our waiter was also the bartender and was pretty fast. We ordered apps and drinks right away and they came out quickly! This place seems like I would be a lively brew hall, there are arcade games, board games and darts. We must have just come on an off day.
