I paid to have it cleaned 2 years ago and after paying 500$, I was left with a couch that looked no better. I decided to give cleaning one more try (before considering a replacement couch) and called Victoria on the recommendation of a friend. They brought the couch back to life and made it look amazing. They were very nice, professional and most important, effective. I feel like I saved money because we no longer needed to replace the large sectional. We also had Victoria protect a different, new couch and that has been great. Later, when our dog left a mark, we brought in the cushion and they spot cleaned it for us. I contacted Victoria & Co. on referral and they showed up within two days, performed a thorough cleaning job on some filthy sofas and then cleaned some of our shag rugs. Due to some animal blood staining on our favourite sofa, they returned a second time to pick up the entire cushion and took it away for cleaning at their business location. Fingers crossed that it comes clean, but we should have addressed this when the damage was originally done. The Senior tech and his assistant were well dressed, beyond pleasant while working in our home and their cleaning equipment was also clean and they exercised great care in moving the equipment in our home and up and down three flights of stairs :) Without hesitation, we highly recommend them. read more

We called Don to clean our kitchen chairs, which had set in stains that were impossible to clean using home methods. He took up the challenge and in no time they looked like new. He also treated them so they will be stain resistant in future. And all of this is with no dangerous chemicals. It is rare to meet someone so friendly and helpful, both in person and on the phone, and the store itself is worth a visit on its own. No wonder he has been in business for 30 years! I was delighted with the workmanship and service Don provided for my soiled couch cushion! The work was done quickly and the cushion was spotless and smelled great.
