I had a wonderful experience with Shamara and Angel's cleaning service. They were professional, reliable, thorough, and paid great attention to detail. Everything looked and felt incredibly fresh and clean when they were finished. They were also friendly, respectful, and a pleasure to have in my home. You can tell they take real pride in their work and genuinely care about doing a great job. We just had our first cleaning service today and we're very happy with Stefanie's results. She arrived early, was very polite and professional and did an excellent job cleaning the house in a few hours. Alessandra was also a delight to talk over the phone to discuss our needs, schedule and cost. She was very professional and kind. The girl who came to my condo from Angels Help had a terrible chip on her shoulder and did a terrible job. She also managed to chip my door frame and bumped a large item right off of my wall. She was careless and haphazard in her methods of cleaning, not even knowing that cleaning always starts at the top and works down. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY AS THEY ARE VERY NICE UPFRONT BUT NEVER EVEN APOLOGIZED FOR THIS AND ULTIMATELY PROVIDE POOR SERVICE. read more

There was plenty of availability in terms of times and dates. The website was very clear about what was included with each service and had a good selection of add-ons for specific requirements. The day of the appointment, I appreciated the updates on estimated arrival time. When I got home after the cleaning was complete, the whole condo smelled fresh and every surface was sparkling. When done, the places always looked like they had been staged. Hard working crews who do whatever is needed, with smiles on their faces. Great attitudes combined with lots of elbow grease makes this company stand out. The Founder/Owner of Top Maid, Maria, has created a fantastic culture with her staff and clients. Over the past year I've been awaiting a few surgeries (back and hip) and they've helped me put out garbage, do dishes, empty cardboard out of my condo, etc, etc, combined with many special touches such as the toilet paper rolls being turned up! Maria has become a good friend throughout the years. I count on her and also like and respect her very much. Last but not least, Top Maid Cleaning Service is a small company and a throwback to the days when people felt welcomed and appreciated.
