Dr Abdelhak is a high risk pregnancy doctor, and I felt at ease under his care. Dr Ratzerdorfer delivered my first and he's truly gifted at what he does. Complicated delivery with so much ease and confidence, that I trusted the process and his decisions comfortably. Dr Resnikoff delivered my second, and she made the whole experience so smooth. She was very calm and approachable throughout the pregnancy and delivery. Highly recommend this practice.

This is the second time I have seen him and the first time at this location. In regards to COVID there were very few patients ( just me actually) in the waiting room, my temperature was checked, hand sanitizer was available, masks were required, and signs were posted. This was a rescheduled appointment because Dr.Antonio was delivering a baby. How could I complain about that? Lol

Once the service was complete and my tests were negative, they never followed up. I had an issue and we found out what it wasn't, but they never followed up to find out what it was. $700 later and I'll find a new gyno. They called REPEATEDLY for me to pay my bill but not once to help me get better. The doctor has no filter and is unprofessional. The guy even took a personal phone call while we were chatting. Unreal. Stay away!

On multiple occasions she has given me attitude when I have asked her for help ordering my implanted birth control. As a receptionist myself, I have NEVER been this rude or inconsiderate with a client on the phone... it makes me sad to write this bc the actual gynecologist and the rest of the staff was GREAT but I could not get over how rude and unhelpful the receptionist was.

Poor communication, last-minute changes, and a lack of proper planning during an already stressful process. After being told everything was on track and being asked to make payments, the cycle was suddenly canceled due to internal scheduling issues that should have been handled in advance. The options offered were unreasonable, and there was little accountability or concern for the emotional and financial impact on the patient. Fertility treatment is hard enough without added stress caused by preventable administrative problems. Patients deserve better organization, transparency, and respect.
