I find the staffs professional, consistent and friendly at all of their locations, except this one in Brooklyn, MI. The only thing consistent about this CVS is the rudeness, laziness and incompetence of the pharmacy personnel. It would be one thing if it just happened every now and then, but it happens more often than not. Brooklyn CVS pharmacy personnel, if you hate your job and your customers so much, go dig ditches or some other job where you don't have to deal compassionately with real life people, most of whom are going through illness and despair, which is why they're trying to pick up medicine in the first place.
