We had exceptional treatment. All stylists did exactly what I wanted. They were knowledgeable about the products and I felt like I could ask a lot of questions in order to style my hair the way they did. Noelle, the owner, is fantastic as she is able to schedule appointments via email. That works for my schedule. I find it much easier to go back and forth via email than multiple phone calls. Not only is she flexible but seriously one of the nicest women I have met in a long time. I will keep going back every summer!

Two days before our wedding a nail broke on my ring hand but she glued it back together so perfectly that they looked flawless at the wedding AND I could confidently use my hand not worrying about breaking the nail. And to top it all off the service was fantastic! Reserving space for the girls and I to hang out upstairs and on the deck, sharing their kitchen with us for pre-wedding snacks/lunch, refilling drinks as we got our hair done. Upgraded to a full hour for both the massage and the facial, added Shellac to the mani and pedi, and also had an eyebrow wax. The massage and facial were perfect, with special touches like Aveda oils and hot towels taking the services to the next level. Pedicure and manicure were pretty standard, and well worth the price. Wash and blow dry was standard. Eyebrow wax done with hard wax, which was slightly more painful than when done with muslin but didn't leave my eyebrows red after. Service provided the entire time was excellent, and the services were provided at an excellent value for what was received. They were able to squeeze me in for all these services with no notice on a Saturday. Only complaints, someone accidentally switched the music to Christian radio (whatever if this is your cup of tea, however not the most relaxing massage music), and the massage room was a little bit chilly. Neither of those things were errors by the spa or technicians and I only mentioned them for the sake of honesty. If I'm in Muskegon, I will be back!!

I'm so glad she got out of that because she has found her calling. I'm not gonna lie I went in today having put off a massage for too long. She had her work cut out for her in the form of multiple hard knots all around my shoulder blades. She worked to try and get these knots to release and they did quite a bit but I knew I would have to make a follow up appointment and so I did. I just wish I made it for tomorrow instead of in a week! Lol. Ann did a fantastic job and I can't wait to return!! I would highly recommend you give her a try but I need her schedule to stay open for me so don't bother! ;P

I've had the same person cutting my hair every month for the past 7 years, and finding someone you can trust is hard. I knew I needed to find someone in the area, and I knew I wanted an Aveda Salon. A couple of Google searches and Acquario was one of the places at the top of my list. What tipped them over the top was the online booking capabilities. I booked an appointment online with Sydney and had my cut last night. Both Sydney and the person working the front desk were extremely nice and friendly; offered me tea/coffee/water, took my coat, etc. and made me feel welcome. Sydney introduced herself and after a quick consultation, she got right to work, starting with a relaxing scalp massage. Throughout the cut, Sydney was extremely professional and efficient. She asked for my preference in shampoo and styling gel (I don't like the men's line Aveda has) and used all of my favorites. I'll definitely book again with Sydney based on my experience yesterday.
