I proceeded later on with a walk in appointment and I got in right away. When you walk in, you check in on an iPad and select what service you want. They have a loyalty program, I'm not sure what the loyalty program entails but that was also part of the reason you have to check in on the iPad. They also offer complimentary drinks! They have coke, Diet Coke, sprite, red wine, white wine, Vietnamese iced or hot coffee! They offer you a complimentary drink and are so very welcoming! I really appreciated the full manicure with shellac. They soaked my hands and cleaned up my cuticles and did a complete manicure. When I go to other places they skip that part and only put the polish on. This was a great manicure and the nail tech was very detail oriented. She made sure to remove any top coat off my skin. The heart design she did was very nice and matched with my other hand perfectly. They had relaxing music playing. The only thing that wasn't as enjoyable was how bright the lights were. It is VERY bright in there. Which I can understand from a nail tech perspective, they need to see to do their best work but it's very bright. The space also felt clean and sanitary. They do charge $3 extra if you pay with a card. Cash would be best if you don't want to pay the fee. The space is smaller so it felt more calm and relaxing with not as many people constantly going in and out. Overall a great experience and I would go again!

And to top it all off the service was fantastic! Wash and blow dry was standard. Eyebrow wax done with hard wax, which was slightly more painful than when done with muslin but didn't leave my eyebrows red after. Service provided the entire time was excellent, and the services were provided at an excellent value for what was received. They were able to squeeze me in for all these services with no notice on a Saturday. Only complaints, someone accidentally switched the music to Christian radio (whatever if this is your cup of tea, however not the most relaxing massage music), and the massage room was a little bit chilly. Neither of those things were errors by the spa or technicians and I only mentioned them for the sake of honesty. If I'm in Muskegon, I will be back!!

I'm so glad she got out of that because she has found her calling. I'm not gonna lie I went in today having put off a massage for too long. She had her work cut out for her in the form of multiple hard knots all around my shoulder blades. She worked to try and get these knots to release and they did quite a bit but I knew I would have to make a follow up appointment and so I did. I just wish I made it for tomorrow instead of in a week! Lol. Ann did a fantastic job and I can't wait to return!! I would highly recommend you give her a try but I need her schedule to stay open for me so don't bother! ;P

I had booked a French pedicure with Summer and instead today I received pink, thick and messy paint on my toes( see photo). She was unable to properly cut my toe nails or remove cuticle ("we don't do that here"), and didn't remove dead skin from feet and left the end of the large toenails rough. She also didn't know how to put white on tips (which would never have worked over the thick paint anyway). It took 40 minutes including some soaking time at the beginning. Cost was $35 without a tip. Entire waste of my time. Now, I have to go get another pedicure elsewhere today. People were nice... just not qualified for doing pedicures. Please stick to hair services or learn proper pedicure processes.
