My long distance boyfriend booked a massage for me today 7/25/26 after having a long and stressful…read morework week. I'm was so excited to have a relaxing experience. Shortly after walking through the door, things took a turn. I was given the intake form which I completed. Then I was told, I had to pay before my services were even started. The woman at the front told me she would "maybe be leaving early" because she had "stuff to do." She said you normally pay after but I would be paying before. Worst case scenario, I was racially profiled and made to pay early. Less worst case scenario, I was still treated differently than normal and as a first time guest. I wasn't offered any refreshments or anything. I stuck it out because my boyfriend put thought into it, but the experience was ruined before it even started for me. I hoped the massage would make up for it...it didn't. My door was left open which is weird considering I had no clothes on and the massage was just alright. Once completed, the masseuse left the room with my door open again for me to have to get up nearly naked to close it so I could get dressed. I turned on the lights to see the satin pillow topper that was removed once I turned from lying on my stomach to my back during the massage was on the floor. I'll include a picture of what I saw and was lying on. I quickly got dressed and made my way to the exit where a choir of employees started the "excuse me, excuse me!" chant as if I was running out without paying. If you're going to make me pay ahead of time, communicate that to others so I'm not accosted while trying to leave. All and all, I won't be coming back and I don't know how they have good reviews.

She is incredibly friendly and sweet, explained everything she was going to do beforehand, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire appointment. During my massage she asked if there were any areas I wanted her to focus on and checked that the pressure was comfortable for me. I booked the body scrub and massage combo along with the foot reflexology, and it was AMAZING. I left feeling so relaxed and refreshed. I also really loved that this is a more private, one-on-one experience rather than a large, busy massage place. You never feel rushed Ms. Nikki really takes her time and makes the experience feel personal. As a stay-at-home mom who rarely gets real time to myself, I didn't realize how badly I needed this until I walked out feeling like a completely different person. To all the busy, exhausted, overworked moms out there: you deserve some Ms. Nikki time! I will absolutely be coming back. Thank you, Miss Nikki, for such a wonderful and much-needed experience! ‍

For my husband's 56th birthday, I got him a therapeutic massage for an hour with Randy this past…read moreSaturday. This was my husband's very first time there -- and it won't be his last. He has been having severe back spasms which all but paralyze him. Recent X-rays show bone spurs and arthritis as the likely culprits. When I made the appointment, it was with Randy's wife, Heather; she was friendly and thorough in answering all my questions -- and she did not sell her husband's abilities short. When my husband came home, I, of course, asked him about his very first massage experience, and he said he literally felt the best he had in thirty years. Money well spent! Which by the way was $65.00 plus tip for an hour. Not bad. He said Randy definitely knows what he's doing and how everything truly does connect. The unfortunate thing is that Randy will actually be leaving in the next few weeks to open up a practice in Beverly Hills (our loss, their gain), but he gave my husband the name of another therapist there (a young lady whose name escapes me, but my husband has her card), with whom Randy has all the confidence in. I don't know why a few women on here would give Randy a bad review, but when I asked my husband if Randy seemed like the kind of guy these women described poorly, my husband said confidently, "No, not at all". Our opinion on that is that people don't really understand massages, pressure points and how everything connects. It's not sexual, it's science -- and sometimes that means digging in one muscle to unlock another. My husband understands that and didn't think anything bad about it-- it's a shame a couple of ignorants try to ruin someone's reputation simply because they don't understand. We highly recommend the experience here -- and if you're having back issues, give Know Knots a try. Wishing Randy and his lovely wife all the best in their new venture. We feel comfortable and confident that he's leaving Know Knots in capable hands.

It's definitely a more low-key vibe, doesn't give you that main stream industry spa feeling but it's very clean and healthy, and instantly makes you feel relaxed once inside. We offer for a 60 minute session being it was my friend's first time ever getting a massage and it was a very nice experience. They ensure that they ask questions to make sure that it was either enough pressure or too much, etc.. They were very friendly and I did enjoy the experience. The only thing I could say that I wasn't necessarily too fond of was when it came to pay I paid the total and I gave a tip ... I was told by the owner or manager, I'm not sure what her role specifically was basically told me I did not tip enough and I should tip more because there is a minimum standard. That's the only thing I would say I wasn't too fond of because in the world of tips a tip is not supposed to be delegated by the establishment.. so I felt peer pressure into giving more tip... but she should not do that because you don't know the background of people you don't know how much money people do or do not have so. I don't think that was necessarily nice. But the massage therapist were great and amazing! So I can't say I will not come back.

0/5 stars - This place feels like a total scam…read more If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I bought a Groupon for a massage here and it was a complete waste of time. The owner puts up Groupons for people to purchase but then refuses to actually book appointments. She said they only take walk-ins for Groupon customers, and if she's busy, she just won't take you. When I asked, "Okay, so when are you available?" her answer was basically, "We're never available right now." I then asked, "So how am I supposed to use my Groupon?" and she told me to just keep coming by every day until she decides she has time. That has to be a joke. So according to her, I'm supposed to waste my time and gas driving there day after day on the off chance she might feel like honoring something I already paid for. When I told her this felt like a scam - selling Groupons that customers can't realistically use - she didn't seem to care at all. Save your money, your time, and your sanity. There are plenty of other places that actually respect customers and honor what they advertise. This one is absolutely not worth it.

Previously, I'd come once or twice a month and have Max do my 90 mins massage and it was great - he got all the kinks out. But shortly after, some changes happened, Max and Ann are gone, and the massage techs they had didn't quite meet the expectations - basically and unfortunately sub par so I stopped supporting the business. Scrolling through yelp, I decided to check this place out since I'm in need of a massage without breaking the bank and just to see how it's going and noticed "new soothing spa" with the new management as advertised. I gave it a try and surprised!!! there's another Max on their payroll so I got him as my massage tech and yes he got the kinks out, very professional, quiet but efficient - much deserved massage long coming. And no he's a different Max I'm told lol. Hopefully no changes happening so I'll be doing the monthly massages again. Thanks for a great massage - very comfortable, name said it - soothing and peaceful since it's Tuesday noon time, clean and value for your money. Plus the appliance store next door wasn't blasting their music through the walls either so that's ++ in my book although some guy working at that store decided to half block my truck so I had a challenging time getting into it to be able to drive - affected my peaceful aura but that's a different review entirely lol..... Also, hot stones are complimentary with deep tissue massages!!
