I currently book my massages with JEREMIAH. My reasons for switching therapist aren't for lack of loving that person and their techniques, it's strictly for scheduling purposes or my ability to make appointment days or times. Although Jeremiah is semi new to his career as a massage therapist, he truly understands the importance of making a difference in his clients quality of life. I don't have a membership to Kneadz Work to go once a month, relax, and get my back tickled. I have a membership because I have real injuries, real pain, and a desire for relief. Jeremiah understands this, and is truly blessed with healing hands. He's patient, and tailors each session to the exact need of that moment. Already being so ahead in a customer service profession so early on, is just a testament to where he will be with more years under his belt. Kneadz work is extremely blessed to have him as a part of their staff.

After a particularly rough week at work, I accidentally booked two massage appointments instead of one. Thankfully, the staff called to let me know about the double booking and were incredibly accommodating. Rather than canceling the second appointment, I asked if they could accommodate my husband to which they gladly approved. We unexpectedly ended up enjoying a couples massage. My husband chose the Swedish massage with cupping, while I treated myself to the full-body lymphatic drainage massage along with a hair and scalp massage. Between the two of us, we've had massages in Corona, Palm Desert, Cancun, and several higher-end spas. Surprisingly, none of those experiences ever inspired me to write a review. My massage therapist, Coco, was wonderful. She adjusted her pressure throughout the session, checked in frequently, and knew exactly when to be gentle and when to apply deeper pressure. My husband had an equally positive experience and felt comfortable enough with the staff to try cupping for the first time. When the session was over, I genuinely felt lighter, more relaxed, and refreshed. I could even see a noticeable difference in how my face and body looked afterward. The room was extremely uncomfortable, and I felt sorry for the therapist, who was understandably rushed and repeatedly apologized. This was not her fault--the facility put her in a situation where she could not comfortably complete the service. Because the massage was shortened, several areas were completely skipped and I did not receive the full treatment I paid for. Despite this, I was still expected to pay the full price. I understand that unexpected issues happen, but the facility should have offered a reasonable accommodation. Since the service was incomplete due to a facility issue. My review was primarily about the quality and completeness of the service, as well as the fact that the session was ultimately shortened due to the facility's AC issue. Simply apologizing for an "unforeseen event" does not address the underlying concern, particularly since I was informed that the AC issue is an ongoing problem. Since this concern has not been adequately addressed, I will be contacting the San Bernardino County Department of Public Health -- Environmental Health Services (EHS) to report the facility conditions and request that the matter be reviewed.
