I refused and M&K not only impounded my daughters car, they pulled it onto the bed of the tow truck while the car was still in park. I would have paid if they were not demanding cash. This company seems predatory to ask a 17 year old for 350. cash on the side of the road. I picked up the vehicle the next morning about 13 hours after they towed it an they had already stacked on a 60.00 storage fee. After calling multiple shops up on a Friday evening, many of them were either closed or quoted me at least 2 hours and $100-150 to tow my car three miles back home. I took a risk and started calling shops with no reviews. CSR quoted me $75 for pickup and $4/mile. Best of all, they said they'd get to me in 15 minutes. 15 minutes passed by and the tow truck came to save me! It should've been about $90 but the guy asked me $80. Definitely going to call these guys again if I get into any car trouble.
