Good things don't always last forever: I asked that my new PT referral to be submitted to Atlas PT…read morebecause I had such positive success in the past. The new referral was for joint pain in different joints that were addressed in the past. However, I ran into a difficult situation trying to set up the initial evaluation (that generates a recommendation for further PT sessions). The office staff stalled in a number of different ways that communicated that they were not available to receive any new clients. I was told that Dr Tito Dith, PT had such a full schedule of clients that I should call back in 3 months! The staff person would not schedule the initial evaluation as Dr Dith was overbooked and that the practice had lost 4 of their 5 PT assistants due to their taking higher paying positions elsewhere. Unfortunately, this story is currently being repeated over and over again in established practices that is a real game changer. The only way to prevent support staff from leaving for higher pay is to offer them that competitive compensation in the first place. I do not know all of the circumstances, only what the office staff is willing to share. As for me, I learned enough while I was their client to feel like I am able to devise a productive and beneficial home program. This will require that I investigate what the internet has to offer. It would be helpful for a pro to oversee my home program. But in this case Tito Dith has made it clear that he is unavailable. So, based on what the staff is currently reporting, I cannot recommend Atlas Physical Therapy. This is the reason that I have updated my review and awarded only one star.

The front desk staff are horrible to work with. If the therapists made up for that I would continue…read moreon as a client/patient. Today was the last time I had to endure Leah's condescending tone and terrible customer service. I understand how difficult it is to find good customer service these days, but persistently making clients feel unwelcome is never a good strategy in any business model.

This place is the best! I've been to physical therapy for various minor aches and injuries over the…read moreyears, but none of the other clinics I've visited have come close. I chose PNW Physical Therapy initially because I needed to find a clinic within walking distance from my home. I had surgery on my shoulder which meant that driving wouldn't be an option for a couple of months. Andrew was my primary PT, but I also saw Kylie a couple of times and got to know a few others around the clinic (including the owner, Jamie, who is awesome!) over the ~4.5 months I was going. Every session was 1-on-1 for the full 50ish minutes, which was different than any other clinic I had been to. Each appointment started with some assisted stretching and mobility exercises before moving into range of motion and strengthening. Every exercise was demonstrated for me and my therapist always ensured I wasn't experiencing any pain or discomfort. My main interest was getting back to a place where I could golf again, and after a couple of months spent restoring my range of motion, we started doing exercises that were more tailored to my activity preferences. The office was cooperative with my financial circumstances and honest throughout the entire process, never trying to schedule my for excessive appointments or take advantage of the situation. I'm now happy to say that I've been cleared by my surgeon to resume full activity and he was very impressed with my progress over the months. Now that I'm all finished, it feels kind of weird to say that I'll miss going to physical therapy every week!

Yesterday marked the end of my therapy with PNW Therapy. I have gone to other therapists for knee…read morereplacement and hand surgery. This time I picked a different therapist for knee replacement. I am so glad that I did. Jamie Lee was my therapist. He was a joy to work with. He listened to what I had to say, even if it was off the subject. They got me an extended prescription. As I was still have knee problems after 3 years. Bottom line is, I will never look for another place for therapy as this is now my place for any kind of Therapy. Aloha to all at PNW. You made an 83 year old feel like an 80 year old. Lol. Thanks

Unfortunately, I was not made aware of the additional charge only asked to complete some paperwork on how I was feeling. When I called to ask why I was charged an additional $170.00 for the office visit I was told it was because my insurance company required them to check in on how my treatment was going. I have been going for maintenance purposes. I did call my insurance company and was told that this was a false statement that they do not require this. I tried to speak with the office manager again and never received a call back. Unless you want to be charged for services every 4 months that don't amount to $170.00 worth of treatment I would avoid going to Vida.

Everyone that works there is extremely kind and welcomed me with open arms . The receptionist was very nice and sweet, Dr. Gill and Dr. Sapida were amazing . They tracked my progress and how I was feeling. They Made sure I stayed on track of healing properly. We would even talk about some things that were outside of the topic of my injury, indicating that they wanted the best for me and for that I'm very appreciative and I thank them. They are good people at heart and will only want the best for you. A lot of clinics will just try to squeeze the money out of you and keep it pushing, not them. Today was my last day as I closed my case. They made it feel like I was leaving home . Told me to call and I'm welcome back if I ever need anything. It was a pleasure being treated at this clinic. Words and times I won't forget .

In short Endlessly frustrating. After over a month of…read moretrying, I still can't even review the quality of care because we never got seen. In long 7 months ago, my lovely bride suffered a serious stroke and has lots of atrophy and inflammation in her affected arm and leg, because they don't move as much as they did before the incident. Month before last, we wanted to re-establish her with massage care, and left ESR a message. Waited a week. No response. Tried again. No response. Tried the online form to book an appointment. Still no response. Left one more VM while I started looking for somewhere else we could take her. A week later, they finally called back. 4th time's the charm, right? They sounded organized enough on the phone that I was ready to give them one last shot. They couldn't quite fully explain the difference between their specialists, but they got close enough that I just picked one. Still have to wait yet another week to get seen, and now we're well over a month into this process. They did a lot of intake work over the phone with me, and said it'd be nice (didn't sound required) if I could bring a paper copy of one form with me. Totally my fault--I couldn't find it. Certainly was my issue. But we couldn't be seen. At this point, even if the care in back is solid, there's such a long-standing pattern of obstacles, sloppiness, and indifference that it wouldn't have seemed wise to proceed, even if they let us. On to the next place.
