I complained to the front desk at the salon and asked for a partial refund, as my stylist was pleasant though didn't fulfill my request, and I am still waiting for a call back from the salon owner more than 24 hours later. I called this morning and the front desk said that they are still waiting for the owner - even though she said she'd call me first thing in the morning. It is now 5pm and still nothing. I will never go to this salon again.

It's one thing to offer talent , but when your customer service and natural love for people is added it's an experience that anyone would pay for .
