You can't find very explicit pricing details on their website, but they do hourly rates, at $80, $100, or $120 per hour, based on the stylist's tier. As a new customer, you do get $20 off your first visit, which helps. COVID-safety-wise, they require all clients to provide proof of vaccination. Everyone was wearing masks, and the locale was very spacious, so I felt well at ease throughout my whole stay.

Be Caution of Eden Salon's unauthorized charges…read more It's been a couple of weeks since Eden Salon put the $415 charge on my credit card, which includes service charges $$ that were not disclosed beforehand. I was told that the owner would call me back to discuss the issue, but she never called me back. Instead she chose to respond to my review, which did not address the issue of the unauthorized charges. This matter leads me to believe that Eden Salon cannot be trusted. If you choose to obtain Eden Salon's services request confirmation on the price. If they suggest additional services during your appointment get clarification on pricing beforehand. In my opinion, the lower price-point on their website is a tactic, used to bate customers. Such as the case with my daughter....she was told halfway through the appointment that she needed additional services for the coloring process; however, they did not mention additional costs. This is defined as a bait-and-switch tactic and is against the law in Washington DC. -Good luck out there, stay safe and aware!

She made my daughter's first haircut memorable and she loves the finished product. The process was amazing but it was a bit pricey. Sophia worked really well with natural hair so I plan on going back soon for a trim.

She is truly one of the most reliable, consistent, talented, and kindest people I've ever met, and you can tell she genuinely cares about the health of her clients' hair. When I moved, one of the things I worried about most was finding a stylist who was REALLY good -- and somehow I ended up with such a gift in Clara. She has growing hands for real! My hair is the healthiest it has ever been, and I know that's because she takes the time to actually care for my hair, not just make it look good when I leave the salon. When I had scalp issues she wouldn't let up on me going to a dermatologist to truly get the issue treated so we could make sure my scalp was as healthy as my hair. She is the reason I've come back to this salon over and over again and why I genuinely wouldn't want to go anywhere else. But beyond how talented she is, I just genuinely adore her as a person. Sitting in her chair feels like catching up with someone I love and trust, and that's so rare to find. Four years later and I'm still so grateful I found her. Clara, you're never getting rid of me!
