I did the pole dancing class. Tiffany was an excellent teacher. High energy and straightforward. I like how she showed advance moves to beginners as well as the basics. But also gave opportunities for regulars to learn more and practice the advance moves. A1 teacher. The receptionist (Amy?) was also very kind and helpful. LOVE this studio! I started coming here in November 2021 for Zumba with Giovanna every week but as of recently started taking Total Body with Sabrina on Tuesday's and Thursday's. Obsessed with both classes and instructors. Studio is small but perfect because I've never liked overcrowded classes. I love Zumba! I have been blessed to meet wonderful Zumba instructors in my lifetime. Nando is a Zumba Master! His dance moves and music are definitely on point! Came here all the way from Astoria today for their 5 pm zumba class and I loved it!! So worth it! This place is what I picture when I think of a studio. You walk in - the staff greeting you like you're family and being so nice. I was taken aback from how nice + welcoming everyone was. I loved it. They do have a parking lot which they share with other businesses- when I came today it was full so I parked on the street where I paid $2 for two hours. But yeah now for the review - loved the instructor! He was awesome + perky which I loved. His workout was challenging but enough to keep up. The studio is pretty big - I love how they have a little stage for the instructor. BTW their prices are the best part - SO CHEAP. $10 for walk-ins compared to the $25 I pay in Astoria. Their group fares are also cheap - honestly cheapest I've seen in NY. Bottom line - I love this place - I wish it was closer to me. read more

Over the weekend I had a surprise birthday party thrown at Vibez studio. I would never have taken a pole dancing class on my own so when I walked in and figured out what was going on I was really excited. Our instructor Parsha was AMAZING. She jumped right into teaching us sexy moves and spins on the pole. Parsha was patient and fun with our group.She even showed me a few sexy poses on the pole that would make great pictures. She spotted peoples strengths and weaknesses and worked with us. I highly recommend this studio. read more

Vibez is a fantastic place if you love to Zumba or SPIN. Teachers are really good, actually they spoil you with how good. I've tried to get a zumba or spin class at LA FItness or other places while on vacation and it's always a let down compared to what I've gotten used to at Vibez. The only draw back may be the cost. I've been taking classes at Vibez for over a year and a half now and I'm so glad I started going there. I first attended a class at Vibez because I followed one of my favorite Zumba instructors Magic Mike from another place. Once I joined I started taking other instructors as well such as Trish and Nando. They all have different styles but are all amazing. Right now I take Zumba every day of the week except Friday. The atmosphere is great and the people are great. I tell everyone and anyone I can that if they love Zumba, Vibez is definitely the place to be. read more

I was super excited to take pole dancing classes but hated my experience. Not only did the instructor take half the session doing random stretches that she seemed to make up on the spot, she was super degrading. It's one thing if she was great at teaching, but she always showed up late and seemed to pull out the lessons for that day out of her ass. No effort or planning whatsoever. She clearly showed bias towards certain students and she showed so much unwarranted attitude towards me. It almost felt like there was a personal reason as to why she didn't like me, which is super unprofessional. Even my friend, who bought these classes as a gift to me, pointed out how she seemed to dislike me. It made the rest of the classes super uncomfortable and I hated attending them. I have told many people to not come here. (she was the asian instructor, which I was excited for since I am asian as well). Will never come here again. Only come if you like low-effort classes and condescending attitudes. I strongly recommend you find another instructor who has a passion for teaching and welcomes everybody. I started coming here for pole class few years ago and then started taking their other classes and just broke up with my gym lol! Owner Jay super nice and always pleasant. Carmen the receptionist is a doll and sweet as pie and always helping everyone. Nandos classes are always fun and you get a good workout. Dita is also amazing. Invited by a buddy, let's call Sassy Suzanne S. I live 30 minutes away but was determined to make the class. Sassy greeted me at the door as I was her guest and said "I have 2 spots in front." Me to myself - "Great, 3rd Zumba class in 5 years but I am game." Instructor was hot, (of COURSE) but once you got past that, you could tell he was into the class and very observant of the different levels. It wasn't about him, showcasing himself but interacting with the class. He brought students which were of ALL ages and gave mini tutoring sessions. There was a young lady in front whom looked like the teacher's assistant, if not a star pupil and Ms. Sassy who invited me and I did ok. Really enjoyed myself and how I felt afterwards. I am 65 and healthy and was happy with my participation. Looking into the class packages for now before committing to membership. Love the flexibility of the packages and the staff. read more

Went for a private class with Joanie with friends. Absolutely fun!! She's so easy to learn from and makes everything fun. There was 13 of us but we never felt like we were crowded or she couldn't give us personal attention. Her teaching style is awesome and friendly. She helped give a bunch of overworked tired moms some confidence!! The studio is clean and there's plenty of parking downstairs in the lot. read more

The first class I ever attended at Vibez I absolutly fell in love. I loved the cool, friendly atmosphere, and it had a great vibe.. no pun intended, seriously, I am not that corny. As I continued taking different classes, I began to love it even more! The classes are amazing, the instructors are professionals who know exactly what they are doing, and how to get you where you want to be. When I leave Vibez I am sweating like a pig, and I love every minute of it. This isnt the "oh yay! lets just jump around to some latin music zumba" that i have experienced in other establishments...with instructors who you dont even know how they became "fitness instructors" to begin with.. this is heart pounding, body sculpting ZUMBA that will leave make you happy and fit! Along with its huge variety of other classes, Vibez is honestly the place to be if you're serious about your fitness goals. Plus they have the best staff. You couldnt ask for a nicer front desk, or more dedicated group of instuctors I have lost 72 pounds since I started my weight loss journey. A Zumba studio in the neighborhood?! Words can't express my happiness. Seriously, if you haven't taken a Zumba class yet, I don't know what you're waiting for. This is the best cardio workout out there. And now that Vibez is around, you have no excuse NOT to try it. Rhythm or not, you will be hooked! (And if you're someone without rhythm, no worries - I bet you will improve with these moves!) A Zumba class at Vibez is only $10 and they have discounted class cards that are SO worth it. I bought the one that's $50 for 6 classes (But 5, get 1 Free) but I plan to buy the unlimited $80 one when I know I will be able to attend that many classes in a month. Parking is free in the lot; just ignore the signs and park anywhere, the only exception being the wine place. The studio is a perfect size with a little stage for instructors to stand on. The lights are dim with a fluorescent pink - a fun touch and perfect for Zumba. There's a dressing room with a comfortable low-to-the-ground black couch and some chairs. There are magazines to read while you wait for your class to start, and coloring books if you have brought along your child. There are plenty of hangers to hang up your coat and small lockers if you wish to put something away. I haven't seen anyone use the lockers since in the studio, there are shelves for your bag. So far I have taken three classes: Marcos', Christina's, and Nikki's. I have also taken Erica's class but another studio. Each instructor is inspiring, motivating and talented. These people know how to dance and lead a great Zumba class! Their choreography is awesome and sexy (be prepared to shake & pop your booty!), just like it should be. You will break a sweat without even realizing it because it's so fun. The best thing about Vibez is their accommodating schedule and the variety of instructors. You are guaranteed to find a class for you, both in style and time. If you have little ones, they even offer Zumbatomic - Zumba for kids! I met the guy that owns the studio last week and he is super nice. He let my friend and I in on some things he plans for Vibez in the coming months, and let's just say - It's only going to get better from here! So my friends and I wanted to take a class. Pole dancing. (Just a fun Idea they had) We had this instructor who was young, maybe in her 20's, she has red hair. Didn't really catch her name. She didn't introduce herself or really say much. She went straight into stretching and some crunches. The one thing I really disliked were there were only 7 poles in the class so people had to triple up. If I'm paying $15 (which isn't a lot, but come on) you should really tell us BEFORE THE CLASS. I didn't mind sharing one pole with my friend, but 3 girls on one is a little silly. There was about 18 girls in the class. I just thought the class would be a little different. Definitely not for me. At least I can check it off my list. I didn't know what the hell I was doing. The instructor would go around to all the groups and explain/ show you so that was good. Floor was filthy, my feet were so dirty. I have to say I definitely underestimated strippers, pole dancers etc. Not what I expected! read more

Just went for a Zumba class the instructor Nando asked who was new in the class (of I would say 30 women) we raised our hands he and made it his priority to make sure we were on track. Loved it! Nando's class was awesome !! We then waited for the 9:15 pm Beginners Pole Dancing class with LAUREN D and were sitting on the floor with the other women waiting. Everyone gets up as my friend and I sit confused . The instructor obviously knew everyone else and totally disregarded us. I had to scream out asking who the instructor was and she said me. Again RUDE . I don't know if that's her personality or she was threatened by how good looking we were compared to her. She then still was not making it her business to be welcoming and tell us what to do so we grabbed our stuff and walked out. As we left we hear them laughing . I originally came here with a group on deal for spin class, but continued to come here for the pilates classes with Marcos. The place itself is very clean and the front staff is very professional. No one ever gives me a hard time for cancelling a class, which is nice. It is incredibly easy to book and view their schedule via their online app. The Pilates reformer classes here are great. They are offered multiple times per day and the machines are new and clean. I come here because even though I am a beginner, Marcos takes the time to help me out a lot and make sure I am keeping up. The relaxed environment is a great reason to come as well - everyone is just here for a workout and to have an enjoyable experience. read more
