He took extreme measure when it came to safely and cleanliness and I felt very safe because of his sanitary practices. We were able to watch him cover everything and open new tools for each of us. His piercing was fine, seemed well done but it is the aftercare and service AFTER you pay for and get the piercing that he says screw you to. I tried to reach him for 5 days both him and the studio by phone with several voicemails, emails, text messages, facebook and facebook messages, etc. Every way I knew to reach him. I was told today that to simply change out the posts I needed an appointment and to pay extra. When we had the service done he said he guaranteed his work and his jewelry for life and as long as you bought his jewelry and always used him that it was free to change out posts or tops of jewelry. My 13 year old daughter had gotten her nose and 2nd earring hole pierced 6 weeks ago and it is time to change the posts out and she is having issues with the jewelry. I tried to tell them this over and over again. I was not told until yesterday I needed an appointment for this. The studio sent me a link to make the appointment which I used but I guess it did not work even though they sent it to me and they then called me today after my other messages/voicemails. The male who called was loud and rude and very short with me. Basically told me and made me feel that our business was not important anymore as I wanted the after care service that was supposed to be free. He doesn't want to do after service because he doesn't make money on it. I offered to pay. I said I don't need free. I told Antonio when he called me very rude and abrupt speaking to me that I had an emergency. That we were going out of town for a cheer comp in the morning and that I had been trying to reach him for a week he told me it was not his problem he didn't care, he has so many clients he doesn't need my business and would not stand behind his guarantee! He was mean and nasty on the phone, yelled at me, berated me and was just down right awful. I want to cancel this jerk out, take away his new paying clients so that he will treat existing clients better. If we keep giving him our money he will continue to treat aftercare clients like crap because he can because he has "so many clients" he doesn't need to service current clients. DO NOT GIVE THIS JERK ANOTHER DIME!

At Harlequin, you get none of this. When I decided I wanted a hand piece, I knew I needed quality. My partner has gone here for a couple tattoos with Dawn, and she's always happy with the outcome. So, I decided to see if I meshed with the current artists. When I reached out to Luke, he was responsive and open to my idea. Booking was easy, and as you can see, the result was worth the wait. I sent a couple pics with my overall idea, but what Luke drew was beyond anything I was thinking. I can't put into words how excited I am with this piece. Luke was easy going throughout the process and on the day of the tattoo. The shop was clean and welcoming. The other artists were very kind, happy to talk throughout my stay. Again, no pretentious vibe here. I'm sad to say Luke will be opening his own shop soon, but most everyone at Harlequin seems awesome, so you should not hesitate to get your work done here. Parking is simple, but there are meters so bring change just in case. I found the shop to be very clean, open and welcoming. I do wish there was separation between artist stations but it seems most places are doing away with privacy. Dawn was very friendly and helpful with finding placement and perfecting sizing for my pieces. The tattoo process was simple. Dawn was great to chat with.
